*Construction Update* Spall repair and exterior painting will be ongoing outside of the unit from August through mid-October 2025. During this time, access to the lanai will be restricted during work hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Lanai access will be available outside of work hours unless closure is deemed necessary by the contractors. Please note that you may experience noise during work hours as part of the ongoing construction.

Get the best of both worlds with the city lights and mountain views off the living area and partial ocean view off the master bedroom lanai. This high floor, comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is perfect when traveling with family or friends as it has 1000 sq ft of living space. Modest, yet affordable, this property is comfortable but may show wear and tear. Comes with basic furnishing and appliances. Perfect for those that appreciate a good deal and value location over luxury. There are two spacious lanais of 120 sq ft off the guest bedroom overlooking the city & Ala Moana Blvd and the master bedroom towards Diamond Head & offers a peek-a-boo ocean view!

AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi and local, US and Canada phone service is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for $125.65 per service.

There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

Great spot to stay in if you want to be close to all the shops and beaches. Was very clean and having the office on the first floor was very convenient. The listing had great views and was very comfy at night.

About what I expected

The place was as advertised in the photos. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all. We really enjoyed having sliding doors on two sides which allowed for a great breeze all day. There is some traffic noise (mainly ambulances) so be prepared for that. Parking is a bit expensive as well. Overall would stay here again without a doubt.

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds, etc. Wish there were better skillets and more forks in the kitchen. Also, some basics like salt and pepper would be nice. So glad there was a rice cooker!! Place needs updating, but nice overall.

Great stay

I stayed here for 8 nights with a friend. The place was exactly as was described and depicted in the images. It is in a convenient location close to the beach and lagoon. It was clean and tidy. We had one small maintenance issue that was attended to immediately. The only negative was the air conditioning, it was inadequate to properly cool the space. Otherwise we had a great stay

Nice place. Room could use some TLC.

The hotel was nice, with convenience store, restaurants and Dave's ice cream (great place) on the ground floor. We enjoyed the lanais in the mornings and evenings. Just across the street from the harbor and the ocean. the room we had could use some TLC, repairs. It only had 1 air conditioner to service the whole place, so bedrooms did get a little warm, but the fans helped a lot.

The room was spacious with awesome lanai with view of city and partial ocean. Good location to everything. Loved the parking options with hourly rate available. Ocean just a shirt walk. The only thing that wasn’t really great was lack of central air, but the window unit and fan worked well enough. I would have preferred to leave lanai door open at night but was scared away from it by a sign that talked about bugs getting in. I would still stay again.

The unit is rather antiquated and is in need of updating/upgrading, appliances, furniture etc., especially for the rate charged. The A/C was stressed to the max and the entire unit doesn’t get cold enough. The balcony views were decent.

Amazing Value

I want to write this very carefully as I think some of the other reviews have been very harsh. This is an amazing condo. You have amazing views of Honolulu, the mountains and the beach. Two huge lanais that attached to the living room and both bedrooms. The cross winds when both open cool off the entire apartment in just minutes. We stayed here with two teens and never felt over crowded. The location is amazing, a five minute walk to the lagoon and beach and a 15 minutes walk to magic island and the mall. The beds were comfortable enough and I never felt like I didn't have enough household products. Yes, this place could use a coat of paint on the walls but it is clean!!! I would go back and rent this place over and over again! The Ilikai is a beautiful building with two pools, and lot of place to get food! The Acai bowls are amazing! Lastly shout out to Dukes Surf shop they went above and beyond over and over again and they are just downstairs!

DISGUSTING

WE STAYED FOR A WEEK AND THERE WAS A WATER LEAKED 2 CONDOS AWAY FROM US AND AVERY TIME WE WALK BY WHICH WAS EVERY SINGLE DAY MANY TIMES A DAY, WOULD SMELL DISGUSTING, LIKE DRAINING CLOGGED RESTROOM AND WE HAD TO STEP ON THAT NASTY WET CARPET BECAUSE OF THAT. AS WELL AS ALL THE FANS ALL OVER OUR HALL WAY. PLUS THE MAINTAINANCE OF THE CONDO WAS HORRIBLE. WONT STAY MY NEXT VACATIONS TO HONOLULU THERE. NOT MENTIONING THE VALET PARKING PEOPLE WERE SO RUDE AND WITH ATTITTUDE. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING AND FOR CHANGING MY MIND, I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL.

Great place to stay in Waikiki

My friends, son, and I had a great stay at this property. Walking into Iliaki Hotel is beautiful...warm and welcoming. The hotel itself has a ton to offer...coffee shop, restaurant, stores, ice cream shop, Poke shop, convenience store...everything you could need. The condo worked out great for us. It is a bit older, but that was no big deal to us at all. There were two separate lanais that were great for us to hang out on while my son was napping. One gives you a city/mountain view and the other gives you a water view. If you are traveling with an infant, you probably would not want them on the lanai. I would be afraid they could slide through the bars on certain parts. I was aware of this before booking because you can see it in the pictures, so we just did not let him out there. The only problem we had was one toilet stopped flushing. I called the phone number given and was told since it was Sunday, a maintenance person may not be out until the next day. However, someone showed up just a few hours later. It was great! The condo is walking distance to so many things in Waikiki...restaurants, shops, brewery tap rooms, beach. It is a great central location. This is a great affordable choice of place to stay when staying in Waikiki!

Loved the location of this apartment - but it was so very basic! They even control the number of TP rolls they provide to you. I think this apartment could be greatly improved if they included some basic amenities. Also, 70% of the outlets didnt work here which made working from this apartment challenging at times. Overall, the location is phenomenal (far but yet close enough to all of Waikiki's craziness). I just feel like they can elevate the guest experience with some simple things

Property was exactly as listed. Fairly clean for property that was built in 1964! Never really heard our neighbors except for when out in the balcony. Pricing was accurate, but the resort and other miscellaneous fees essentially doubled the nightly charge listed. Nice to have the essentials in the kitchen to cook meals to save some money. Wish we would've found the food land sooner. However, we bought a lot of supplies at Costco that we similar in quality. Both had great poke!
