The condo #1127 is located on the desirable yacht harbor side of the Ilikai Hotel. Offering great views of the tropical courtyard and the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets. The spacious condo has a full kitchen and is fully furnished with a King bed. Enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon mai tai and evening dinner on the lanai as you watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean. Free WIFI & cable TV is included. The condo is kept cool with a window AC unit.

***Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled from 6/1/2026 - 6/12/2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. The project is expected to be completed in April 2027

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Please note that gym access is exclusive to hotel guests.

While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities.
