Very pleasant, spacious apartment for 4 people. Bright, quiet and 5 minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor and the historic center of Salamanca.
Very comfortable apartment, the bedding is new as well as all the furniture.
It is located near the historic center, no need for cars to visit. All shops are nearby, bars, restaurants, grocery store, bakery, supermarket ...

Bel appartement, bien situé

Appartement très bien situé puisqu'il permet de visiter le magnifique centre historique de Salamanque à pied ( à 15 mn de marche de la plaza Mayor) Très bel appartement, propre, bien équipé et joliment décoré. Facilement accessible en voiture et stationnement gratuit assez facile .Petit supermarché proche. Accueil aimable et explications claires. Il serait cependant intéressant d'avoir les modes d'emplois des appareils ménagers (gain de temps et moins de risque d'erreur) Seul petit bémol; odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain avec douche donc nous ne l'avons utilisée qu'en cas d'urgence alors que deux salles de bain était notre priorité dans notre choix d'appartement!! Nous en avons informé la personne qui nous a accuellis. La réparation a certainement eut lieu. Nous recommandons cependant fortement cet appartement.

Tous les modes d emploi sont disponibles dans un des tiroirs de la cuisine. Dommage que les vacanciers n ont pas appelé nous leur aurions indiqué leur emplacement. Une des douches étaient en effet bouche par des cheveux. La réparation à donc été très simple. Il aurait aussi fallu nous appeler de suite car étant sur place, nous serions intervenu. Nous sommes très disponible et à l écoute de nos vacanciers.

Great apartment but noisey

Stayed here for a month end of July and 3 weeks in August. Apartment is excellent. Very well stocked with everything you could need for a stay there. Double room has very comfy bed and plenty of space. Twin room beds are a little shakey but comfortable. Location is very good its in Barrio Oeste very close to the main square ,10 min walk. They have very good internet but no air conditioning. The only negative was the noise. I had expected it to be a little noisey as we are in a city but not as bad as it was. Apartment is across the road from a small bar, a school at the end of the road(had a summer camp going during the week) and a supermarket around the corner(deliveries every morning at 2/3am) and as a result the traffic and street noise was constant. Bin men started at 12pm every night after the bar closed. The noise inside the apartment was also bad you could hear the water running and toilet flushing from the apartment next door it was really loud. If you dont mind noise then I would highly recommend this appartment. Maybe a short stay and you would not notice the noise as much. Saying all that I loved my stay in Salamanca and would return.

No hay tanto ruido en el piso. Está en una cuidad y cuando se abre las ventanas es normal que se oye el ruido de la calle. Es una calle pequeña donde no hay tráfico. Es la primera ves que alguien no está contento con el ruido y hace dos años que este piso está alquilado.

Appartement très agréable

Nous (2 adultes, 2 enfants) avons passé deux nuits dans ce bel appartement, très bien équipé. Il se situe à environ 15 minutes à pied de la Plaza Mayor de Salamanque, il est très facile de se garer à côté de l'appartement. Un appartement à recommander pour visiter la ville

We stayed in this great apartment for one month. The apartment itself was excellent; very neat, very clean, with all the facilities we could want (with one exception). The apartment is just outside the old town, but easy walking distance to all the old town has to offer. We enjoyed experiencing the Spanish lifestyle of the permanent residients of Salamanca, rather than the tourist experience of the center of the old city. The only difficulty we had was that there was no internet connection at the apartment. The Spanish phone system does not cater well with connection to the net via "hotspot" on our Iphone, which meant we spent some time at the phoneprovider's office. The apartment does not have airconditioning, but despite a very hot summer, we did not find this a major issue. The lady who cares for/cleans the apartment kindly met us at the bus stop and took us to the apartment. She was very friendly, despite the fact we speak no Spanish, and she speaks no English. We did not need a car for the whole period, we just rented one from time to time to visit the many interesting towns and national parks (and Portugal) nearby. Highly recommended.

Superb apartment 10 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor

Spacious comfortable spotlessly clean 2 bed & 2 bathroom apartment with everything you need! We had 10 wonderful weeks here. Everything is new & works exactly as it should. No wifi but easily available in nearby cafés. Street is quiet & convenient for supermarkets bakery pharmacies and only 10 minutes stroll to the historical centre. Usual graffiti around the neighbourhood but it is very safe and free from problems. We would certainly recommend the apartment and look forward to a return visit next year.
