Island Resort Property's cancellation policy differs from VRBO's standard terms. A three-night deposit is required at booking and is refundable up to 60 days prior to check-in. The remaining balance is due and non-refundable 60 days prior to check-in. For Festive Season reservations, the deposit is refundable up to 120 days prior to check-in, with the remaining balance due and non-refundable at that same 120-day mark.
