As soon as you enter to this house you will feel so relax to see all around you open to the end of the back yard with pool and stunning view.
This fully remodeled house is furnished with all brand new supper modern furniture and decor.
The house had previously 5 bedroom which we turned it to 4 bedroom by combining 2 bedroom and made a huge, beautiful master suite with modern bathroom, soaking, free standing bath tub and big sitting area with 65” smart TV and walk in closer.
Stunning view from all around the house. Relaxing huge back yard with pool (not heated) and furniture to enjoy afternoon tea or BBQ and entertainment.
One bedroom with full bathroom inside the room and 55” TV downstairs. Master suite and 2 other bedrooms with shared full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has an access door to a deck with beautiful view. Other bedrooms also have view through window.
All bedrooms have smart TV with Netflix and ruko.
Living room with beautiful modern furniture open to a large kitchen with huge amazing/ unique quartz countertop and 10 bar stools to gather family for eating plus a 6 person dining table and chairs. kitchen is fully equipped with brand new, top of the line all black stainless steel appliances, enjoy coffee/tea station with hot tea, regular coffee or nespresso coffee / cappuccino.
Family room with 65” smart TV, sectional, bench and 4 chairs. Total of 5 new, smart TV in the house.
Back yard has 2 BBQ one working with gas and other with charcoal to have the both choices and some furniture and a big , deep pool.

The location is in a safe quite neighborhood ,just minutes to grocery stores shops, restaurants and freeway. Mission Viejo mall is minutes away, also close to Irvine Spectrum entertainment center and South Coast Plaza. Dana Point harbor, Laguna Beach and Disneyland are 15-20 minutes away.

Please keep in mind this property is not a PARTY HOUSE nor an EVENT HOUSE for nightly renters. We have a zero tolerance Policy for any violations of all short term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over occupancy. The occupancy listed on the agreement is the only occupancy allowed in the property. No additional guests are allowed at any time.
Tampering with our security devices and/ or WiFi system carries $1000.00 fine,

Family Gathering for Horse Jumping Event

We were very happy with the property it was close to the show jumping grounds excellent outdoor space to relax at end of the day kitchen was incredible lots of room for us to prepare and enjoy meals. We met the owners they were very helpful and accommodating. Plenty parking good Neighbourhood all amenities close by.

Wasn’t as clean as we were hoping for. Family room is not very conducive for more than 4 people. Kitchen area was large and open.

Dear Sanjay, Thanks for taking your time to review your stay and I am sorry that it didn’t meet your expectations . You did not mention and explain what part of house was not very clean. The house was cleaned by professional cleaners and I checked it before you check in and we have never had any complaints about cleaning. Also as photos shows our family and TV area has seats for 11 people and the other adjacent room that you call it living room has another 5 seats. As a matter of fact people become amazed with open space and lots of seating including 9 kitchen counter high chairs. I am not sure why you just saw a room that has a couch and 2 chairs which normally people do not need to use it. Our house and rooms and amenities are exactly like photos as other reviews also mention it. Hope you become a little more logic when leaving a review.

Great Escape

Perfect for family getaway

The house is exactly as shown in photos and was perfect for our family getaway. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped which made preparing meals easy, I always found what I was looking for. The spacious downstairs space opens up nicely to the backyard and served as a central gathering space for our family. The bedrooms comfortably accommodated our family of nine. And the kids had a blast hanging out together in the pool.

Wedding trip

Found our VRBO in a nice neighborhood, close to food stores and restaurants. Also near freeway system. Older house but remodeled and updated. Pool was not heated but water was clear and inviting. Showers worked well and water pressure plentiful. Enjoyed relaxing bu the pool.

Beautiful Property

Loved the outdoor seating around the pool. Even though it was a little chilly and we could not use. The pool still enjoyed the property. The only negative that I could think of is the master bed was a little low. So for people who are a little older may be an issue getting in and out of bed. Other than that, everything was well eclip.

Regarding your comment about master bed, we decorated the house in modern style and put a platform bed to match, however you are right about older people since we are at our 70’s and understand what you mean. We have plan to change that bed to a regular hight very soon even though I love the look of platform beds but comfort of our guests is our priority. Again thanks for bringing this issue to my attention.

Travel w family to a California wedding

This was a great opportunity to meet with our daughters and several family members as part of traveling to a destination wedding in Aliso Viejo. This house worked out wonderfully with open living space, lovely outdoor pool and garden surrounded with orange trees. Our host made sure we knew the details of the property and was pro-actively available to answer questions and give advice. The house was in nice shape, clean, well equipped with plenty of open space. Graduation Trip

I booked this VRBO for myself, my 85 year old parents and my brother and his wife so that we could attend my niece's highschool graduation. It worked out great for us. The true gem of the house is the backyard with the view and the comfortable seating areas. We did not spend much time at the house due to activities, but it is well located and allowed us the space to gather in the mornings and in the evenings. The kitchen is big and open and is also another great gathering spot. It was enjoyable.

Amazing Family Vacation

We were over in this property for 2wks for my sons 21st Birthday and there had been 8 of us. Everything was easy with booking and all communication with the property owner. The property had plenty space for all of us and was at a decent standard. Rooms were great size and everything we needed was there and available from dishes, cooking utensils, coffee, washing machine and dryer plus lots more. We had a couple of issues with the plumbing that we had been told by the plumbers were due to needing updated however Mona and her husband were so helpful and responsive and had everything fixed immediately and in no way would this impact our experience and we would still book again! We loved our time in this beautiful house and have been left with priceless memories!

Nice property

Had a great time with our family. Adults and kids enjoyed the pool everyday. Only had a few minor issues that the owner promptly took care of. Only thing we would have liked was plastic cups, plates, ect to use outside on the pool deck. We purchased disposable cups, plates, ect so it wasn't a huge deal.

This property is unique in many ways. Location is perfect to visit the both world of Los Angeles and San Diego. Also close to beautiful beaches like Laguna beach, Aliso niguel beach, Dana point harbor. Disneyland. Is 25 minutes away. Property itself is spacious, modern with relax environment. Neighborhood is nice and quite. Mission Viejo city is voted one of the safest city nationwide.
