Cottage for 4 people. Exceptional setting, trees and calm. Perfect refuge to relax and listen to nature. House comprising a main room with a kitchen counter, dining table, lounge area with sofa bed 2 places (bedding suitable for daily sleeping, new and comfort) and a mezzanine with two beds 90 cm.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink.
Large bay windows with views and direct access to the pool, terrace with garden furniture, plancha .Agreement of a park of 1 hectare with hammocks and source for rest.
5 hectares of private woods for a walk .A provision of bicycles to walk on country roads or canal du midi.
A 10 minute drive to a super market, (to the village 800 meters away small grocery store and bread deposit.)Walibi Park. 15 minutes from Agen or Nerac. Region where life is good: climate, gastronomy, tranquility, tourist sites, vineyards and attractive markets.
