Imagine having your morning coffee on the front deck while enjoying the sound of the waves and view of the sunrise over the ocean. Located on East Gorrie Drive and only a few steps to the beach path, this condo has great views of the ocean, sunrise and sunset. You can often see the dolphins jumping in the water from the front deck which has two lounge chairs and two bar- height Adirondack chairs for your enjoyment.
Stargazing at night is amazing from the deck and beautiful courtyard located at the bottom of the stairs.
Three bedrooms and one bath with large open living, dining and kitchen area, plenty of room to bring the entire family. Our condos are clean, cute, cozy and comfortable with an old Florida vibe. There is a hot/cold shower located at the bottom of the stairs next to the laundry room so you can shower and rinse your beach gear and beach treasures.
Our condo is located 6.5 blocks from the playground, lighthouse and shopping areas. We provide two backpack beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay and beach toys in the trunk on the front deck.. There is a king, queen, double and twin bed that sleeps a total of seven (7), all comfortable with new linens, spreads and decor throughout the condo. You will find many upgrades just and we will continue to do everything we can to make your stay the best yet! This condo has been on the rental market for many years with the previous owner and has a long list of returning guests who will be surprised with the recent upgrades. The WiFi has recently been upgraded to the highest speed that Medicom offers. smoke-free to provide an allergy-free environment to those in need. Smoking is allowed on the deck and outdoor common areas. We now allow pets, please let us know the breed and weight and if you are bringing a pet as we do have a non-refundable pet fee. Weight limits are not set in stone so please let us know if you have a larger breed. We have low rates so you can stay longer and come back more often!!
Please park one vehicle behind the other in front of the stairs. (LIMIT 2 Vehicles) No boats without permission from HOA.
We recommend that you purchase the TRAVEL INSURANCE to protect your investment in case you need to cancel for any reason. We have a Mr Coffee pot and try to provide filters. We provide two rolls-of toilet tissue and one roll of paper towels so you will have time to settle in before heading to the grocery store. We do allow pets, however, there is a pet fee. We would love to have you as our guests. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns prior to and during your stay. We are always here to help! We also own the 1 bedroom bungalow. The name is Loco Flamingo and the Vrbo # is 3536359. SGI is currently upgrading their basketball courts to also include pickleball courts near the playground in the center of the Island near the Lighthouse! We hope to have you as our guests.

Please return patio furniture to the way it was and close umbrellas.
Please do not leave umbrellas open unattended. One gust of wind could destroy a $200 umbrella and cost you your deposit !
Please do not leave front door open or. Windows up when a/c in on! The a/c will freeze up and it will be very hot for the rest of your stay and you will lose your deposit !

Priced to come more often and stay longer. Our condos are clean, neat and offer great ocean views with just a few steps to our private beach path.
What makes this property unique
We purchased this upstairs condo in 2019. The condos were built in 1956 and have withstood many storms and hosted Msny. Guests who have enjoyed the views and closeness to the beach.
We endured Covid right after we purchased the condo. We replaced the heat/air unit and all of the windows immediately and purchased a lot of new. Furniture and all new linens . We had someone scheduled to put Ina new wood ceiling and alll Néw floors and remove the carpet when Covid hit. No contractors would come inside.to work and alll reservations were rescheduled or cancelled.
There are many cosmetic repairs that would make this condo like new , in the meantime, we offer you a clean, cute and. Cozy condo at a very affordable price .
