A spacious and open floor plan on the main level gives you the ability to entertain for dinner and relax with everyone in one room with plush seating. Have a blissful night's rest on plush mattresses in luxurious high-thread count linens and fluffy pillows on all beds. Awaken to the craftsmanship of the antique and early American furniture throughout the house. Enjoy the mountain views in Amish rocking chairs and comfortable seating on the covered deck while you sit back and sip on your morning coffee or favorite beverage. The Mountain Laurel's namesake is a 360-degree view of Scenic Mountain Laurel, Rhododendrons, and perennial flowers around the property which makes a wonderful Spring/Summer/Fall photoshoot! Relax on the well-maintained fescue grass lawn playing yard games and enjoying the views with family and friends around the stone fire pit in Adirondack chairs. The owner even provides you with a starter firewood set, kindling, and fire starter for your first fire. To top it off…indulge yourself and relax in this private setting in a HOTSPRING 5 person 38 jetted therapeutic jacuzzi spa!

IMPORTANT Notes:

The cabin is located in HIAWASSEE, GA about 35 minutes away from Helen, GA
Minimum Age of primary renter: 25 Years Old.
Pets NOT allowed, $200 fee if evidence of pets
The road to this cabin is paved most of the way except the last 10th of a mile that is gravel.
The max number of vehicles in the driveway is 3.
Bring firewood for the fire pit or can be purchased in town
Seasonally decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas Tree, right after Thanksgiving and taken down right after the New Year's holiday

We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay
