underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this

guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by

We just love this location. Easy walk to Poipu beach and a couple of minutes drive from Shipwreck Beach. We loved them both. Just a few minutes to some decent places to eat and about 30 minutes to many of the activities we participated in. This place worked great for our family of 4 including 2 teenage boys. It was great having access to a full kitchen. We stayed a whole week, so we used it a lot. The pool was also beautiful and refreshing and I love that it overlooks the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was lovely, with many nice amenities. My two regrets were 1) no air conditioning. Very hot and muggy that week, not comfortable. 2), No view. I didn't realize there was truly no view. 5-10 minute walk to beach, but not much to luck at otherwise.

Convenient

Convenient location just a few minutes walk from the beach. Loud sprinkler systems and neighbors were a bit of a bummer pre 8 am. Place had boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler which was awesome!

Beautiful setting and great location

This is a great spot to explore the southern part of Kauai. (We stayed for 3 weeks) Well maintained grounds and pool/s. Very close to 3 beaches, other resorts, and several good restaurants Our unit was well equipped and situated in the resort area. It was clean and pretty well equipped with a comfortable bed. Whales, monk turtles and many birds visible nearby. Staff was very aloha! A few minor glitches in the unit were addressed promptly. It was the height of Omnicron COVID but they had many precautions in place so we felt safe and did not contract it.

It was an older design with older things but liveable. There is NO AC. I think that should be more clear in the advertisement. There are plenty of fans but had it been hotter, we would have been miserable I'd guess. Definitely hear the people above you a lot. There really should have been more TP/basic supplies. We came into two rolls of TP. I'd literally pay a few more dollars a day to not have to deal with that as I have elsewhere. Also, more cleaning supplies (bleach wipes or such) would have been nice. We believe in taking care of other people's places, but it wasn't easy given a lack of supplies. The pools were beautiful but NOT HEATED. Refreshing if it was hot, but I would never have left the pools if they were heated to 85 degrees. 80-82 degrees isn't warm enough in my opinion. My biggest disappointment. There's this thing called solar that probably works great in Hawaii for cheaply heating pools. I'd like to see recyclying on site. For goodness sakes, we want to keep Hawaii GREEN after all. That's management, not the owners. We had a great time, but with the things I've listed above, I would not return. Price point merits more amenities.

Pouipu condo

Not a good experience. The condo is very old and smells. The sleeping situation is terrible. The mattress on the bed was so uncomfortable that two people cannot sleep on it. The hide a bed was not usable at all. We asked for a roll away bed and that was worse. Both my son and I ended up sleeping on the floor on the roll away mattress and the hide a bed mattress. The toaster did not work, the knives were so dull that you couldn’t even cut vegetables. The stove burners are crooked so the pots sit sideways. The bathtub is so slippery that it is dangerous. I would not recommend that anyone spend the money to stay at this condo.

We enjoyed the location near Poipu park. It was a great launch point for both the east coast and south/west coasts of the island as well as being good for short walks to several nearby beaches. The apartment was well outfitted with three coolers and all the basic kitchen necessities. We also appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels. The washer/dryer worked well. We did experience a problem with the wifi, but the service response was quick and the problem was resolved.
