Pretty new house classified 3 * (construction 2017) in small dead end very calm and resting in edge of sea, within 400 m of the beaches of Plouhinec and the coastal path (GR 34)
Our rental, very comfortable, offers on the ground floor a living room (fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, Wifi, Canal TNT), a room with a bed of 1.60 m, a bathroom , WC.
On the floor a mezzanine a small living room, a room with 1 bed of 1,60 m, another room with 2 beds of 0,90 m. Shower room with WC.

Large garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, dryer, sunbathing
You will enjoy beautiful sunsets at Baie des Trépassés during romantic walks on the beach. A visit to the major classified sites such as Pointe du Raz or Pointe du Van will amaze you.
You will keep unforgettable memories during the discovery of the many small ports of Cape Sizun (Pors Poulhan, Port of Brézellec, Port of Bestrée, Porz Loubous, Port of Feunteun Aod ...) all as different and astonishing each other.
This will be the opportunity to take the boat for a visit of the island of Sein along the Pointe du Raz and the Lighthouse of the Old.
The coastal path (GR 34) along the coast of Cape Sizun and the many hiking and mountain biking trails will allow you to discover Cape Sizun, a mix of land and sea ...
For amateur photographers, the winter storms will be an opportunity to make beautiful shots of the onslaught of waves on our rocky shores. Spectacular and unforgettable moments! The sunsets at Baie des Trépassés and the many panoramas of Cap Sizun will amaze you.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, neuwertig, freundlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Den Meerblick von der schönen Terrasse und die ruhige Umgebung haben wir sehr genossen. Unsere Söhne haben sich über den großen Garten zum Fußballspielen gefreut. In der näheren und weiteren Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen. Zum Felsstrand haben wir zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten gebraucht, nach ungefähr 10 weiteren Minuten waren wir am Sandstrand. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer direkt ansprechbar.

Immer eine Reise wert!

Wir haben leider nur eine Woche unserer Ferien in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist schön gelegen, von der Terrasse und Küche hat man einen einen sehr schönen Blick auf die angrenzende Bucht. Das Haus ist extrem sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und beantworteten jede Anfrage umgehend. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können dazu gebucht werden (Betten waren bei der Anreise bezogen :) Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Blick aus dem runden Fenster in der Küche ist immer eine Reise wert!

Séjour agréable dans une maison récente et bien agencée. Terrasse plein sud avec vue mer et isolée. Ne pas hésiter à demander de louer des vélos (4 pour ce qui nous concerne) ce qui permet quelques escapades, voire de rejoindre Audierne en quelques coups de pédales!

SUPERBE SEJOUR EN FINISTERE

Maison neuve dans une impasse au calme avec vue mer. La maison est très bien équipée et très confortable. La terrasse bois est super agréable et la vue est dégagée. Côté propreté, rien à redire : c'est super clean ! L'accueil des propriétaires est super sympa avec une délicate attention pour les locataires : bouteille de cidre et boîte de gâteaux. Merci beaucoup ! L'accès à la plage est rapide en 10 minutes à pied pour la plus proche. La location est très bien située avec en proximité la pointe du Raz, la pointe du Van, Audierne, Quimper, Locronan, ... , et toutes les attractions possibles et imaginables pour les petits et les plus grands. Alors, n'hésitez pas, allez visiter la région et louez cette maison, vous ne serez pas déçus !

A ne pas rater

Nous avons passé la période du réveillon de nouvel an 2020 dans cette charmante demeure, laquelle répond en tout point au descriptif. Tout est moderne et fonctionnel, il ne manque rien. La maison est située dans une impasse, au calme, mais à proximité d'Audierne et de la mer. Beaucoup de belles balades ou randonnées dans les environs. La visite de Locronan, pendant des fêtes de fin d'année, est un must. Si nous avons plus qu'apprécié ce gîte, celui-ci devrait révéler encore plus ses atouts pendant la période estivale. Notre hôte est très sympathique et se tient à disposition à tout moment. Il répond immédiatement à toute sollicitation. Encore merci à lui.

Séjour trop court

On se sent bien dans ce gite . Il est cosy. Bien équipé. Très jolie vue des chambres de l'étage et du salon. Un peu loin si on veut profiter de Brest et Quimper. Voiture indispensable. À prendre en compte.mais pour ceux qui veulent fuir le rythme de la ville et respirer se ressourcer c'est la location idéale

Haus neu, ruhig und sauber

Wir waren als Paar eine Woche in dem Haus. Gesamte Einrichtung Ikea. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Gute Betten. Umständliches TV-Equipment. Leider kein deutscher TV-Sender zu empfangen... Hausanschluss und Sicherungskasten Elektro im Schlafzimmer EG... keine gute Idee! Aber wir konnten ins OG ausweichen. Sonst alles gut.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht: es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und eine ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer genossen. Positiv möchte ich erwähnen, dass es möglich ist, gegen Aufpreis, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher bereit gestellt werden.

Mooie woning met prachtig uitzicht over de Atlantische Oceaan

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar in de vrijwel nieuwe woning die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf in de woning en (al sportend) genoten van de omgeving. Een echte aanrader!

Wunderbar erholsam!

Wir hatten zwei wunderbar erholsame Wochen in diesem schönen, neuen Haus. Die Matratzen sind fest und bequem, die Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Meerblick, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei und die Ruhe in diesem Haus ist erwähnenswert. Kein Straßenlärm, nur Vogelgezwitscher und Meeresrauschen. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Erwähnen möchte ich allerdings, dass Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtücher und Geschirrtücher mitgebracht werden müssen.

Wunderschönes Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage.

Wir verbrachten zwei erholsame Wochen in diesem sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse aus genossen wir den wunderbaren Blick auf's Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und überraschte uns bei der Ankunft mit einem kleinen Willkommensgeschenk. Wir haben uns während der zwei Urlaubswochen sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt und sind nur sehr ungern wieder gegangen.

Très belle location
