Vineyard Manor is a historical building pairing commercial spaces with housing.

The building was originally built in 1926 by E.F. Rittenberry, and was updated and remodeled in 2013.

Original architecture has been preserved throughout the complex. There is also a courtyard and outdoor balcony on the second and third floors.

You'll have full access to the entire unit, including master bedroom, guest bedroom, the living room, bathroom, and kitchen. Also on property is a laundry room, and a nice quiet courtyard.
