Fully furnished beautiful Condo with gym, swimming pool 3 min walk from Boca Chica Beach, Dominican Republic. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room with balcony, and free parking,and 24/7 security Plus added surveillance. Living room equipped with Smart TV with cable and Wi-fi. and is within walking distance to the numerous restaurants, bars, shops and Ole supermarket in Boca Chica. Beach access less than five minutes walk.

It's true island life experience. all you need to do is pack your bags and book your ticket and don't forget your oasis is here with an at home feeling with a luxurious hotel experience.

The closest beach town to the city of Santo Domingo and about an 8-10 minute drive from the Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) also known as Las American Airport.

The apartment is a 2nd floor walk-up or elevator. One of the nicest/ calm and crystal clear beaches. Enjoy the beach during the day and head over to Santo Domingo to enjoy the nightlife in the evenings.

30-40 minute drive to the capital Santo Domingo & Zona Colonial and 10-15 minutes drive to beach Juan Dolio (in case you want a beach with waves). See my guidebook for restaurant and shopping recommendations.

The beach in Boca Chica where the condo is located is crystal clear with no waves (feels like a huge swimming pool).

This was not a new condo. It was very noisy outside Bodega music everynight along with who can rev up their motor scooter the loudest contest The one positive is the supaermarcado was a short distance to walk.

My new home away from home

Let's just start off saying that Angel was an excellent host. If I had any questions he would answer them as promptly as he could, with in minutes. This was well appreciated. The condo was exceptional and immaculate. It had everything person could need. The beds slept like a dream with air condition units in each bedroom and living space. My room was centered in the best spot on the strip. I could see all of the interactions of the local people. Anything you need is literally in walking distance. I walked to ole market/grocery store and its minutes away. The pharmacy is directly, and I mean directly, across the street. Food all up and down the strip. My stay was the best ever and I will always book with Angel from this day forward!

Le logement est super bien situé côté plage et épicerie. C’est sur une grande avenue et c’est très local. Par contre je déconseille fortement pour les familles avec des enfants, étant donné les bars, le bruit et la musique très forte jusqu’auxpetites heures du matin. Le logement ne manquait de rien en tant que tel, sauf des linges à vaisselles et à main. Celui qu’on avait était sale avec de la nourriture dessus. En général, nous avons eu de l’eau chaude sauf pour la dernière personne qui se douchait. L’appartement pourrait être un peu plus propre (plancher) et il manque de rangement dans la salle de bain et la chambre avec 2 lits simples. Une armoire verrouillée à clé, des objets personnels qui traînent et des télés brisées dans la chambre, on dirait quand même que les personnes qui y habitent laissent des trucs à eux dans le logement ce qui est moins invitant pour se sentir comme chez soi. En bref, je recommande le logement et Angelest gentil, il répond rapidement à nos questions :))

Excelente Lugar, cómodo y acogedor. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una Buena estancia, en familia, solo o pareja. Cocina equipada con todos los utensilios para cocinar, las piscina y el gimnasio cerca, la playa a 3 minutos caminando. Las habitaciones y camas cómodas. Lo recomiendo al 100.
