LAKEFRONT CONDO WITH MAIN CHANNEL VIEW - Located at the one mile marker at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with easy access to fishing docks, heated pool (mid-May to mid-October) and other amenities. Reserved parking spot close to lower level unit. Short 5 minutes from Bagnell Dam Strip and Hwy. 54. Public access boat ramp is located less than a mile from the complex. Boat trailer parking is available. Master BR facing the Lake features KING bed with lakefront deck access, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and private bath. BR2 features QUEEN bed, ceiling fan, and with access to 2nd Bath. BR3 features TWIN beds and ceiling fan. LARGE FAMILY ROOM with flat-screen TV. FAMILY ROOM adjoins a spacious DINING area for gathering, dining, and enjoying time with family and friends. Kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED and FULLY-STOCKED with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc.

The condo is decorated perfectly for the Lake of the Ozarks! So cute! It was also furnished with everything we needed for the week! The pool is just a 1 minute walk away, which is so convenient!

Moms weekend at the lake

Our weekend at the lake was amazing! The condo was spacious and very well taken care of. There is no swimming in the lake, but there is an amazing pool with a great view to make up for it! I didn't even miss swimming in the lake. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo, we will definitely be back!

Owner tried to blame us for a broken toilet we made him aware of right away upon using the toilet after checking in. He also alleged we were younger than 40 which all 4 of us were exactly 40. We left for a tee time that was rained out and while at lunch he called us back to ask us to leave the property. While we headed back to get our luggage, he had another unit owner come into the property without our knowledge which was great for our documentation as he was very confused by why he was asked to go check on the condo after meeting us. He was told we were partying which couldn't be further from the truth. We had not even gone to the grocery store or bought anything yet for our stay. Nothing inside has been touched other than my friend using the bathroom before we left. VRBO fully refunded us our money!

Everything was wonderful. Felt like home away from home. Nicely decorated but not over the top, we’re you freak out with little kids. Communication was always fast and pleasant.
