Brand new 4 bed, 3 bath home. Built in 2019
Everything new and ready for you. Plenty of places to explore in town and in surrounding area. New Harrahs casino close and Jackson rancheria not that far either. Huge park across the street, including soccer and baseball fields, skate ramps, jungle gyms, etc. 3 lakes close to house. Lake Amador, Pardee lake and Comanche Lake. Great fishing and boat rentals. Preston castle is a cool tour to do while in ione as well. Check it out. Historical downtown Jackson and Sutter Creek are 15 min away.
