**Wonderful stone house, with a fantastic private pool and a beautiful sea view, just 500 meters from Sa Riera beach, in Begur**.
The villa, completely built on the ground level and surrounded by a nice garden, has a large stone patio. The spectacular terrace, with a wood decking and an idyllic swimming pool with sea views, is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, feeling the sea breeze on your skin and looking at the amazing Mediterranean landscape. Feel in touch with nature and enjoy paradise with a total privacy!
Large sunny living room with a sea view, outward facing the pool, with direct access to the terrace, to the barbecue area, and to the beautiful fully equipped kitchen.
The house includes three bedrooms: the master room is a lovely suite with a double bed and a private shower room, which enjoys a splendid sea view and an access to the terrace. The other two bedrooms also have double beds. There are two other shower rooms. All the rooms of the house are outward facing and very bright.
