This gem is perfect for your next vacation stay! Located in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Less than 5minutes from the beach! Artsy CLEAN contemporary home, totally updated. Private electric heated saltwaterpool! NEW POOL HEATER! Great location in the heart of East Boca! Very close to beach access, grocery store, FAU, beautiful Mizner Park with restaurants, shops, amphitheater and parks.
10% discount for 28nights or more
2 large flat screen TVs, cable with lots of channels and movies, record your shows, free WiFi, free parking, beautifully updated kitchen with granite countertops, glass backsplash, dishwasher, stainless steel sink, stove, fridge, blender, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Plus all kitchen cookware. Located on a private property.
Master bedroom has a king bed and guest rooms both have queen beds. Good mattresses, receive many compliments! Master bath has a jetted jacuzzi tub that can fit 2 adults comfortably. Very relaxing!
The private pool is heated in the cooler months and has a salt water system so no chemical chlorine-better for your skin and hair!!
Unlike some hotels we ALWAYS wash our comforters!
Please ask first if you would like to bring a pet and/or service animal.

Spring break

We enjoyed our stay very much. House has everything you need for your stay. Walk to the beach about 20 min. Mizner park is about 3 miles. Very friendly host and always there when you need her.

Great house, will definitely be back

Our family had a great a great vacation and this house was a big part of it. Great location walking distance from restaurants and grocery store, short drive to beach and park. The house included everything we needed and the pool was perfect for the kids, Our host Stephanie was great and very helpful with local recommendations and she would check in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay in the Boca/Delray Beach area and we will definitely be back!

Fabulous house & pool

House is fabulous, could find nothing to find fault with it. Attention to detail is great - furnished to a very high standard, bath & pool towels included plus shampoo, conditioner & bodywash in all bathrooms. Pool is amazing - great size & warm and plenty of inflatables to use. Supermarket & a restaurant in easy walking distance. We all loved our stay here

Amazing experience armrest this north east Boca location!

This property is beautiful and offers all that you would desire to enjoy a fabulous and relaxing vacation in North East Boca! Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property, you have everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The huge dining table and couch were helpful as well. We spent a lot of time in the pool/deck area. The mechanical awning was helpful to get out of the sun. I'm from Boca and was in town with my family. Coffee shops, grocery, restaurants and the beach within walking distance or a short ride.

Awesome house with great pool!

We loved our stay here! We traveled to Boca for a wedding from Colorado! We had our toddler Son and my Mom with us. The check in process was super easy. It had a digital lock box and we received the code a few days before. The house was clean and so cute! It has a great open floor plan and offers plenty of space! The pool was amazing, clean and not too cold or hot! Just the right temp. it gets great sun early and the afternoon offered some shade. They also had pool toys and floats and beach stuff we used! The AC in the house worked great too for those hot days. Another plus is the location. Close to so much!! Local beach, grocery, downtown Boca and not a far drive from Palm Beach. We also loved the host Stephanie! She is the best and most helpful host I’ve ever had from a rental. Truly top notch! Stay here! I promise it will not disappoint!Kallie & Family

An Amazing Getaway in Boca

My family’s recent stay at this property in Boca Raton was absolutely incredible, and I can't praise it enough! From start to finish, it was a seamless and delightful experience that exceeded all my expectations. The communication with Stephanie was exceptional. She was responsive, friendly, and provided all the necessary information to ensure a smooth check-in process. The property itself was a dream come true! The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with immaculate cleanliness and a beautifully designed interior. The patio and pool area was a great place to sit back and relax. The beds were very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The property is perfectly situated, offering the best of both worlds. The nearby beaches were amazing. The property is a few minutes from Spanish River Park which gives direct access to the beach and we did not have to cross a busy road with a stroller. The property's proximity to restaurants, shops, and local attractions made exploring the area a breeze. If you're planning a trip to Boca Raton and looking for the perfect accommodation, I wholeheartedly recommend this VRBO. It checks all the boxes – comfort, cleanliness, location, and value. Amazing

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. From the moment we walked in we felt like home. Anything you would need was provided. Kitchen was well stocked and very easy to prepare meals. Nice new appliances. Beds were super comfortable. The hardest decision we had to make every day was pool or beach. The pool area was very relaxing and private. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe. We visited Gumbo Limbo Park. The beach at Spanish River Park was close and beautiful. We visited Mizner Park Thanksgiving evening and enjoyed all the Christmas lights in that neighborhood. One night we had pizza at “How Ya Dough’n. Highly recommend. Stephanie also recommended Luff’s Fish House. We had the Lobster rolls- very delicious. Best VRBO experience we have had and Stephanie was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We have been to Florida numerous times and Boca Raton is now our Favorite. ,

Great property and host

The house is conveniently located to restaurants, beaches, shopping, and exploring. Our host was very helpful with a detailed list of suggestions for restaurants and things to do. She was available for questions but never intrusive. The house itself had everything we needed and the pool made our stay even better.

Wonderful Stay!

Wish we could’ve stayed longer! It was my family’s first visit to the area. We really enjoyed it. Lots to do, house was amazing and close to everything. The pool was an added bonus. Also loved that everything you could possibly need was provided. We will definitely be back!
