2026: Now renting again! Neighboring construction is finished!

47 sq meter (~505 sq feet) apartment, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed, 1 bathroom adjacent to the bedroom w/ hot/cold water, 1 living room w/ single size day bed which can be converted into a bed for a third person. Fully equipped kitchenette. Cleaning service is provided daily except Sunday or when the team is unavailable. A/C in the bedroom, fan in the living room. New water heater as of Feb 2026.

The space:
1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom with hot water shower adjacent to bedroom, 1 living room/dining-kitchenette, office corner, closet. Lush garden. The unit is within a small boutique hotel with a swimming pool; and this unit is independently owned and managed.

The whole downstairs apartment; ~500 sq ft (47sq m).

Nice, basic accommodations near town

Clean, no-frills, relatively comfortable apartment near town. Very quiet and serene. Manager was very nice and cleaned every day. Highly recommend this place if you are on a budget but still want a clean and quiet place.

Great place

Perfect place for a couple. Two separate rooms and beautiful surroundings. Lovely housekeeper. Great pool right outside the door with amazing views. Hot water arrangement a bit complex but we got used to it. Kitchen worked well. No microwave, but had toaster oven. Restaurant OK, not great, but very good food close by. Max, the owner was very responsive to any issues that occurred. We lost our key and had a replacement immediately. The price is excellent for what you get. Book it.

Great stay

This was our second time staying at this apartment. We did not get a chance to write a review after our first visit so this time I make sure I'm writing one. The apartment is great, spacious enough for us (2 people). Although we did eat out a lot (eating out in Bali is quite inexpensive so you gotta do that. Lol) we also found the kitchenette to be a great feature, enabling us to boil hot water for our tea at any given time, boil an egg and toast our bread for breakfast. It really served us well and at the same time its small size made it fit perfectly in a dining-living room situation. The house keeper was really nice too. We loved the garden, definitely. The pool was lovely and just a few steps away! We are looking forward to our third visit, hopefully soon.

A Very Enjoyable Stay

This a a good property for a couple. It has tasteful furnishings, comfortable bedroom, and a functional and a well equipped and functional kitchen. We found the property to be very quiet. The attached yard is lovely.
