Beautiful vacation home for 2 to 6 adults (and 2 children)

The holiday home is suitable for 2 to 6 adults (+ 2 children). It is built in a "contemporary" chalet style and stands high (434 meters above sea level) at the top of the Ourthe valley in the middle of the "Parc Naturel des 2 Ourthes", perfectly integrated into the beautiful surroundings.
Wherever you are in the home: you can enjoy the beautiful view of fields, forests and the Ourthe Valley ...
The house is 12.4 m long and 6.4 meters wide with a ground floor and floor and a net surface of approximately 132 m2.
Ground floor: Large bright living room with integrated kitchen with every comfort, ie fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, extractor, 4 burner gas hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo. Separate toilet, hall and storage / technical room with washing machine. Adjacent to the living room covered terrace, southwest facing.
Upstairs there are 3 separate bedrooms.
The bedroom at the back of the house also has a spacious, sunny balcony.
Upstairs are 2 small bathrooms, one with shower, toilet, sink and one with bath and sink.
The home is comfortably and cosily furnished. Flat screen 40 ″ TV with "TV Vlaanderen" satellite TV and radio reception. Blueray player (also for DVD and CD and USB stick), connected to soundbar.
WIFI internet available for free.
Washing machine, ironing board and iron. Hair dryer. Gas heating.
For the cozy evenings there is an efficient HR wood-burning stove.
Spacious garden with garden house.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the home.

Prachtig huis om een mooie locatie met uitzicht rondom

We hadden geluk met het mooie weer en hebben genoten van de diepe tuin met schommels. Van de veranda beneden en boven op het balkon in de zon. Het is een compleet huis hebben niks gemist.

Tout est totalement conforme aux informations disponibles sur l'annonce. Tout est en parfait état de fonctionnement et la propreté est vraiment excellente. L'emplacement est magnifique. Un seul petit détail pourrait être amélioré : nous n'avons pas trouvé de chaine francophone disponible sur la télévision. C'est un élément qui n'a rien enlevé à notre très agréable moment passé dans cette location. Cordialement Isabelle & Olivier Ottignies

Veel ramen, waardoor veel uitzicht

Zowel binnen als buiten wordt een enorme ruimte ervaren. Het zeer schone huis is ruimschoots van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is een ideale vakantiewoning ook als het weer wat minder is. De fijne houtkachel verwarmt in korte tijd het hele huis. De CV is dan niet nodig.

De vakantiewoning heeft een landelijke ligging. Het gehucht Bonnerue ligt op een heuveltop, 10 minuten van Houffalize. Door de grote ramen wordt je getrakteerd op een fantastisch uitzicht over de omgeving. De woning is modern en sfeervol ingericht. Wij voelden ons hier erg thuis. Echt een topper in zijn prijsklasse. Het contact met de verhuurders was prima. Ze reageerden snel op mijn berichten.

L'alliance de la modernité et de la nature

Très beau gîte quasiment neuf ou rien ne manque en matière de confort ou d'appareils électroménagers. La maison est située non loin d'une route mais le confort acoustique est suffisant. Vue magnifique.
