Air-conditioned villa 4 people all comfort, in fenced and closed residence, near a large sandy beach 300 m, swimming pool in the residence in season open from June 1 to September 30.
Ground floor: Living room and fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, Nespresso machine, television, WC
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with two 90 cm beds, shower room and WC

Magnifique

Arrivés très accueillante avec cadeaux de bienvenue, vin, eau et jus de fruits pour les enfants. Tout était bien, lieu, jardin, piscine communautaire derrière la maison et la plage à 300 ou 400 mètres de la maison. Seul le wifi qui n’a pas assez de débit car en bout ligne, mais le relais 5G est juste devant la résidence À recommander pour les prochains vacanciers

1 Woche in Portiagnes Plage

Reihenferienhaus in einer Anlage mit Pool. Das Haus war sauber mit etwas älteren Möbeln eingerichtet und schöner Terrasse. Ohne Auto kaum etwas erreichbar. Wenn Nachbarn auf beiden Seiten da waren, etwas lauter.Der Garten mit schönen Pflanzen könnte etwas gepflegter sein, damit nicht die Blattläuse auf dem Oleander beim vorbei gehen einen anspringen.

Große Wohnung, tolle Lage

Wir haben uns mit unserer einjährigen Tochter sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet! Kleiner Garten mit Sonnenliegen und fußläufig zum Meer. Tolle Umgehung, wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht! Vielen Dank

Gemütliches Häuschen

Wir haben uns in dem Reihenhäuschen, das sich mitten der Ferienanlage Clos de Soccoro befindet, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Platz optimal genutzt. Die Ferienanlage liegt neben dem Naturschutzgebiet ‚La Grande Maïre‘, wo es schöne Spazierwege (mit Flamigos) bis zum Canal du Midi gibt. Praktisch sind auch die Parkplätze, die sich direkt vor dem Vorgarten befinden. Ein Haus weiter ist der kleine Pool der Anlage, welcher leider trotz Hitze ab 1.Oktober geschlossen war. In gut 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Meer, wo es hunderte von Metern Sandstrand gibt. Am Plage de l’Ouest sind auch Hunde erlaubt, was selten ist in Frankreich. Auf der anderen Seite von Portiragnes Plage war auch noch ein kleiner Boulanger offen. Die Nebenkosten für Haustier, Reinigung und Vrbo Gebühren empfanden wir vergleichsweise hoch.

Schönes Ferienhaus, sehr gut eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Gute Lage, wer die Natur liebt, z.B. Wanderungen zwischen den Lagunen im Naturschutzgebiet, vielfältige Vogel-Welt. Vielen Dank an Valérie und Béatrice für die Betreuung.

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Portiragnes. Le logement et son extérieur sont très agréables et mettent à disposition tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. La résidence est calme et très bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Valérie et Stephan mettent tout en oeuvre pour que vous passiez un bon séjour et se rendent très vite disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons !

Im Oktober war es ruhig und sehr schön

Très Agréable

Jolie villa très bien équipée, décoration naturelle et esprit vacances garanti ! avec la mer à côté et les ballades à pied ou à vélo, très proches. Belle Terrasse extérieure abritée qui prolonge le séjour. Très agréable pour le petit déjeuner ensoleillé, et nous y avons pris tous nos repas! Surprises très sympathiques pour notre arrivée !. Deuxième séjour dans cette charmante maison. On ne s'en lasse pas ! Tout est conforme au descriptif, les équipements sont au top ! Avec en plus le soleil au rendez vous et la mer toute proche sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Que du bonheur !

Excellent holiday house

The house was very clean and was well equipped.it has a lovely modern kitchen and the bathroom although small had an excellent shower . We ate outside all the time and except for early morning the table was not in the sun so it was comfortable. The house is south facing so there was always Sun in the garden and the lovely plants and trees gave a lot of privacy. The pool is not very big,we are serious swimmers,but you can walk to the beach and rent Sun loungers there is also a restaurant on the beach and water sports. We just lazed around the house in the morning as it was so comfortable and we didn't want to leave.we met Stephan and Valerie as they were there for a weekend in their other house and they are very friendly people and very helpful.

Location agréable et conforme

Séjour d'une semaine dans cette petite villa agréable, propre, climatisée et conforme aux photos et descriptif. Le confort est au rendez-vous, la piscine tout proche et la plage accessible à pied. Nous avons apprécié suivre les conseils de la propriétaire quant à la possibilité pour notre petit fils de 6 ans de faire du vélo en toute sécurité dans la résidence. Enfin, les promenades à vélo vers le centre du village ou les bords du canal du midi sont très agréables (vélos réservés par téléphone et loués sur place). Location à recommander.

Séjour très agréable

Charmante petite maison avec tout le confort, très propre et très bien aménagée. Tout à fait conforme aux photos. Proche de la plage à pied et du centre du village également. A recommander.
