First-floor gulf front condo, down the stairs and you are on the white sand at the Gulf's edge. My pricing includes everything with no other fees or charges.
We are close to all a beach town has to offer, and provide brochures to attractions as well as menus for restaurants. You can know what to do, where to eat and how much it will cost, before you ever leave the condo. Pets are Not Allowed.
The unit is equipped with everything you need for a memorable vacation, except for clothes (and you don't need many at the beach with a W/D right in the unit) and food (there are plenty of fantastic restaurants for that). Dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker. VCR with family videos, cable TV, free wi-fi, linens, and every cooking and baking utensil and pan you could want. We have 3 charcoal grills provided as well as chairs to relax in while your dinner is grilling. There is a pool with jetted hot tub and shallow childrens play area, as well as miles of the softest white sand you will ever feel between your toes. There are many photo opportunities with our palm trees or sea oats as background.
There is something for all ages and activity levels, be as busy or as laid back as you desire.
Our weekly pricing is all inclusive [taxes, cleaning ect.] The only other expense is a $12 parking permit purchased from our on site manager on arrival. Also with 24 hr security/management, all questions or concerns are promptly taken care of.

The condo was everything that was expected. Very clean, neat and well equipped. The check in process and communication with owner could not have been easier. We look forward to visiting with Pam again.
The condo was so clean. I would have never guessed it was a beach property judging by the cleanliness alone. It was fully stocked with all of the pots and pans as well as dishes that one would need during a stay. I was pleasantly surprised by this little gem. Not to mention the LOCATION and the perfect evening views ❤️ We will definitely be back in the future.
We went to Gulf Shores for spring break and we had a great time. The condo was super cute. Could not beat the location and spectacular views. Pam was so nice and easy to book with. Heck, even the cleaning lady was super nice when we showed up a bit too early. Could not ask for better service.
What a great time. My husband and I had the best time. We were there for 5 beautiful days! Beach access was so close it was great. All the shops and restaurants were close. Can't wait to go back!
We had a wonderful time spending the week on the beach. It was so nice to be right on the beach, especially with a 6 and 2 year old. Pam was very easy to work with and quick to respond when we had questions. We all wished we could’ve stayed longer. Looking forward to our next trip!
3 sisters getaway for a few days which was really great. Condo was so nice and had everything we needed. Balcony facing beach, morning coffee, and watching dolphins was wonderful. Beach was a few steps away which made it easy to take chairs and umbrellas out to sit up and take down. Location was great. Pam was so nice and easy to communicate with. We had a great time and can't wait to go back. Thank you Pam!
Couldn't ask for more. We took a long weekend to do some fishing. And the whole experience was a breeze. Only issue we had was parking because of construction on the stairs. The owner informed me before hand so it was expected. Not really a issue at all . Just parked across the street.. condo had a great ocean view. Morning coffee & sunrise on the ocean.

Very easy to communicate with
There were a few things that the condo owner had no control over, such as the closest staircase being worked on but that made it impossible to park in the designated parking spot. We were there less than 20 minutes and had taken up 2 loads and 2 kids. Came down to move vehicles, tow truck was there. All because we couldn’t park in designated spots.
The condo floor was really sandy and We had to sweep multiple times and I even mopped before we could walk around without sliding.
I would rent from this owner again, but not this condo. It’s very inconvenient with small kids to not have an elevator. Which I never even thought to inquire about because I’ve never ran into that issue before.
Nothing beats the location. Amazing views and right by the beach. I could hear the ocean even with the windows shut. The condo could use some updating and deep cleaning but didn’t spend much time inside
We enjoyed staying in gulf shores and this condo being right on the beach! The owner was easy to communicate with and answered all questions immediately. The condo was exactly how advertised.
Loved our 5 day stay here with family and will definitely come back next time. Unbeatable location and Pam is a great communicator and host. She made sure we were comfortable and immediately took care of some issues we had the first day. This condo is right on the beach and we saw dolphins, pelicans, and other birds every day from the balcony! Sunrise and sunset were amazing as well. Definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay right on the beach.

We loved the location of the condo! Close to fresh seafood if you are cooking, restaurants, ice cream, grocery store, and right on the beach! Loved how the beach are was not crowded!!
We had a great stay in this beachfront condo, first floor, great view of the beach/ocean, assigned parking right beside steps. It is decorated very nicely and comfortable throughout. Our hostess was gracious to let us add an extra night to our stay at the last minute and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful!
This is the first time I had ever rented from VRBO and I can honestly say it was a total success!! The condo was beautiful and the property manager was wonderful! This condo is located in a nice area with quick access to restaurants and shopping. Our next vacation will be here! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Why they chose this property
Sunchase is a low density property, right on the beach. It is situated on a quiet part of the beach, away from the congestion of high rise condos, yet close enough to all of the amenities offered by a resort city. We are 1 1/2 miles from the main intersection of 59/182 [which is the beach highway]
What makes this property unique
I love everything about Gulf Shores, or wouldn't have stayed since 1988. I own another condo in the same Sunchase complex, and the majority of our guests plan for a return visit to our bit of paradise shortly after leaving. My other # are 906966 & 868897
