Vue sympa sur les toits de Sitges et la mer.

Location bien située, au calme à l'écart du centre ville. Belle vue du balcon. Petit bémol, la climatisation n'est que dans la pièce principale et il fait chaud la nuit dans les chambres. Sylvie est très agréable et à l'écoute. La piscine est grande et lors de notre séjour peu fréquentée.

Superb apartment in prime location with the most amazing view!

Anh and her property manager, Sylvie, were great communicators. From booking to arriving at the flat, the process was perfect. Anh was very helpful at all times of booking and Sylvie came out of her way, even after a damaging thunderstorm, with a friend to help us set up the media centre, and she was also kind enough to message me with details of the Sitges fiesta, which was a unique and unforgettable experience! The modern 4 th floor flat was roomy and bright, with all mod cons in the kitchen and a smart tv, and we particularly enjoyed the large terrace with its unbelievable view of the church and sea, and the grass surrounded swimming pool was perfect for us and our young daughters. The location was ten minutes stroll into town, in a friendly local neighbourhood, and large supermarkets were also close by. Sitges itself is fabulous for all ages and groups, with gorgeous beaches, bars and restaurants and we really hope to return to sample more of its delights. Thank you to Anh and Sylvie for very beautiful family holiday. Merci beaucoup. Alison and family.

L'appartement est bien équipé. Rien ne manque. La place dans le parking privé de l'immeuble est très appréciable. L'accueil et la relation avec les propriétaires sont particulièrement agréable.

Appartement très bien équipé idéalement situé pour visiter Sitges, Barcelone et sa région (préférer le train, la gare est à 5 minutes à pieds pour un coût minime). location très agréable en dehors du chien qui se trouve au rez de chaussée de l'immeuble et qui aboie sans cesse lorsqu'un autre chien se promène avec son maître !!! il est également très important de préciser aux locataires qu'il faut vider plusieurs fois par jour la bouteille d'eau de la clim qui se trouve sur le balcon si on se sert de la clim régulièrement . Cela évitera que l'eau déborde au niveau du climatiseur dans le salon .

L'appartement est idéalement bien placé car proche du centre mais au calme, dans un quartier très agréable. Il est très confortable, bien équipé et d'une grande propreté. On se sent tout de suite chez nous le temps des vacances. La piscine est un vrai +, située dans un jardin magnifique. Sitgès est une destination de rêve que nous n'oublierons pas de si tôt.

Nous avons eu un super séjour à Sitges dans ce merveilleux appartement. Le contact avec les propriétaires a été très amable et attentif. L'appartement est dans très bon état et est comfortablement équipé...et pour les Allemands qui ne parlent pas de francais... Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt in dieser wunderbaren Appartement in Sitges. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern verlief sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und die Wohnung war in einem hervorragend Zustand mit einer sehr komfortablen Ausstattung. Merci beaucoup!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines cet été dans cet appartement très bien équipé, très confortable et bien entretenu. Il est parfait pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge, et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires avec un bébé. La résidence est calme et proche du centre et des plages (10-15 min à pied). Quant à Sitges, c'est une station balnéaire vraiment agréable qui offre de nombreuses plages. Les rues du centre ville sont très animées, beaucoup de boutiques, bars, restaurants. ... En bref, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances.

L'appartement est très propre, lumineux, très bien équipé et bien situé (proximité du centre de la ville et de la plage)... Nous avons été bien accueillis par quelqu'un parlant français. Peut-être une suggestion : prévoir des sièges de type transat pour pouvoir s'installer confortablement sur la terrasse bien ensoleillée. A conseiller !

La location est conforme à la description ainsi qu'aux photos. L'appartement est propre, bien agencé, les prestations sont de qualités. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Elisabeth (ponctuelle, de très bons conseils pour découvrir Sitgès et Barcelone). Nous recommandons la location qui présente de nombreux atouts : piscine, parking, terrasse, vue, confort, wifi, linge de maison fourni.... L'appartement est également très bien situé et proche de toutes commodités : il est le compromis idéal pour découvrir Barcelone (la location est à 7min à pied de la gare, de très nombreux trains assurent le voyage Sitgès-Barcelone très rapidement en 40min) ; il permet de se ressourcer dans un environnement plus calme que la capitale de la Catalogne (qui promet des journées bien éreintantes!). En deux mots : LE TOP !

Vacances extra - Location parfaite - Tout confort

Vacances extra à tout point de vue. L'appartement est très agréable et très fonctionnel. Le matériel à disposition est impeccable. La vue de la terrasse est extra. L'accueil sur place a été parfait. L'appartement est situé sur les hauteurs de Sitges et il est très aisé de se rendre à pieds en centre ville. Nous nous sommes régalés avec les primeurs à proximité (proche gare), car les fruits et produits frais sont très variés et bon marchés. Les plages de Sitges sont propres et la mer est transparente. Etre à Sitges pour visiter Barcelone est très pratique : station de train à 10mn et train tous les 1/4 d'heure. Le + : Etre à Sitges, loin du bruit et de la pollution, profiter de cette magnifique ville avec son bord de mer très agréable et son joli port de plaisance, tout en étant proche de Barcelone. Contact chaleureux avec les propriétaires qui sont à l'écoute et très réactifs. Leurs conseils nous ont été précieux. Notre semaine a passé très vite, et nous n'avons même pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine de la résidence, très bien entretenue. Nous reviendrons. A recommander les yeux fermés.

L'appartement est conforme à la description faite dans l'annonce. Nous la recommanderions à un ami. .Parking privatif en sous sol avec ascenseur direct, commerces à 300m , rue piétonne à 500m. Pas de nuisance la nuit. Accueil sur place par personne très sympa et parlant le FRANCAIS .

Super séjour à Sitgès

Agréable appartement bien situé, très bien équipé, proche des commodités et d'un centre ville animé, même en Février. Atout non négligeable de la place de parking. Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille agréable avec deux jours de visite à Barcelone (accès en train facile et peu onéreux). Merci à Elisabeth pour sa disponibilité et son accueil. "Un hiver tout confort"

Nous avons découvert mon époux et moi cette jolie station balnéaire toute proche de Barcelone (accès pratique en train, la gare est à 10mn à pied de la location). Madame Courty est une personne charmante qui reste à l'écoute et se montre très réactive ; l'accueil sur place d'Elisabeth est sympathique et utile. Quant à l'appartement, il est spacieux, lumineux et correspond exactement au descriptif. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
