Luxury house facing the Blancs Sablons beach



Located on the edge of the dunes, facing the magnificent Blancs Sablons beach, this beautiful and spacious house welcomes you in a calm and privileged environment. Situated on a fully enclosed landscaped garden, it offers an ideal setting for relaxing holidays by the sea. You can enjoy two pleasant terraces designed for outdoor meals, a large garden and a private parking space.



Ground floor



On the ground floor, the house offers a fitted and fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster). The kitchen is open to the dining room, equipped with a large table that can accommodate up to eight people.



The vast living room, very bright, has a large corner sofa that can accommodate 7 to 8 people, ideal for relaxing after a walk by the sea. An arcade game is also available for convivial moments.



The stay provides access to two terraces: the first is equipped with a garden lounge set with a sofa and coffee table, while the second has a large table with eight chairs, a parasol and two sun loungers. At the back of the house, you will also find a pétanque court.



A first bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 cm) is located on the ground floor and has its own private bathroom with a shower and washbasin. An independent toilet completes this level.



Upstairs



The floor includes a large bedroom of 26 m² with a 160 cm bed and direct access to a wooden terrace. Two other bedrooms each have a 140 cm bed.



A relaxation area provides access to a second exotic wood terrace offering a superb view of the sea, the beach and the islands of Ouessant and Molène.



A bathroom equipped with a washbasin and a bathtub, as well as an independent toilet, complete the floor.



Additional Equipment



The house also has a garage equipped with a ping-pong table, as well as outdoor games such as Mölkky and Breton palet. A barbecue is also at your disposal.



A laundry room includes a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a sink, which is very useful after a day at the beach. A large outdoor clothesline is also available.



The house is located just 50 metres from the path leading to the beach and the famous coastal trail GR34. Shops, restaurants and boutiques in Le Conquet are accessible in approximately 15 minutes on foot thanks to a pedestrian footbridge connecting the peninsula to the town.



Charges



Water is included in the rental contract.



Regarding electricity:



From 1 May to 30 September, a package of 100 kWh per week is included, then consumption is billed in real time at the rate of €0.30/kWh



From 1 October to 30 April, consumption is entirely billed at the actual rate at the same tariff



Please note that the pellet stove is not working.



Only one small animal may be accepted, upon request at the time of booking.

Discover Le Conquet



Located at the western end of Brittany, Le Conquet is a charming port facing the sea and the second largest crustacean fishing port in France. You will appreciate its stone houses, its lively port and its numerous colourful boats.



Le Conquet is also the departure point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène. After approximately an hour's crossing, you will discover wild and preserved landscapes, unique in Brittany.



Many sea outings are also offered: observation of seals, dolphins and seabirds, or discovery of the mythical lighthouses of the Iroise Sea.
