THE OUTRIGGER - 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom (En-suite) Beachfront Private Villa

THE OUTRIGGER is a boutique serviced villa right on the beach. An exclusive two-bedroom beach-front villa for the perfect weekend getaway in Elathur, Kerala.

Set in a lush 2-acre property along the Arabian Sea coast and only 10km from the chaos of Calicut city (Kozhikode), The Outrigger is an idyllic place to relax and unwind.

The space

The entire space and building is very open and airy so you can feel the soothing sea breeze and listen to the calming sound of the waves.

Walk on the beach and pick up some shells. Relax in a hammock and read a book. Or, simply lounge on the deck and watch a sunset.

BEDROOMS - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, 2 double beds, 2 extra beds, 6 adults maximum
Both the bedrooms have double beds that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults each for a total of 4 adults. An extra bed can be provided in each bedroom. The bedrooms are fully furnished and air conditioned. Each room has an attached bathroom and a balcony overlooking the breathtaking Arabian Sea.

THE BALCONY
Is a 180 degrees wrap-around balcony that is literally a stones throw from the waters of the Arabian Sea. With unobstructed views of the sandy beach and sea, it is the ideal place to enjoy a sunset or sunrise while lounging in comfort and sipping a drink.

THE DECK
Is a large open living space with large french windows that overlook the sea. Can comfortably seat 12 adults or more.

THE GALLEY
Is a large dining area cum kitchenette with french windows that look out onto the sea. The dining table comfortably seats 6 adults. The kitchenette is fully stocked with Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Induction Cooker, Fridge, etc.

You may self-cater/self-cook and/or order in from any restaurants in and around Kozhikode city using food delivery apps like swiggy, zomato, uber eats, etc or we can pickup and deliver for a 10% service charge. We can also arrange a chef on request for an additional charge.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire property and all available amenities.

Interaction with guests

We respect the privacy of our guests and will be largely out of your way except when you need us or tell us otherwise.

I will be available via phone and internet throughout your stay to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable stay. Please feel free to contact me at anytime with any questions or needs. Do let me know if you feel something is not right, so that I can try and resolve any issues.

We also have a caretaker living on the edge of the property (in a separate abode) who will be happy to assist you with any basic needs upon request.

We recommend a minimum stay of 2 nights for you to be able to fully relax and unwind.
