Pleasant Studio of approximately 18m2 which can comfortably accommodate 2 people and a baby, located on the 1st floor of a small building of 3 apartments in the city center but in a dead end in peace, possibility of doing everything on foot near shops, the front de espanade and the beach.
Entrance, kitchen area, living room with sofa bed, shower room with wc.

Joli studio au calme,au coeur de St Valéry.

Nous avons bien apprécié la proximité du quai pour d'agréables promenades le soir en profitant du couché de soleil (1 sur les 3 soirs) Le temps très changeant,à ce moment là, ne nous a pas empêché de faire toute nos visites. très bien situé pour la visite de la Baie de Somme et jusqu'au Touquet.Très belle région. Mr et Mme Mortier sont charmants. Seul bémol,le stationnement. La rue de la Ferté devient rue piétonne le dimanche. OK on s'organise. Mais bien regrettable que la Mairie n'aie pas affiché qu'elle le serait aussi le lundi de pentecôte. Surprise à l'heure du départ! De ce fait,vu notre âge, difficultés pour le transport des bagages,en location on en a plus qu'à l'hôtel!.

Oui la rue de la Ferté devient piétonne le dimanche et les jours fériés ce qui est très agréable d’ailleurs Comme indiqué dans le book Il y’a une rue juste au dessus la « rue d’Argoule »où on peut venir toute l'année en voiture pour charger ou décharger la voiture très pratique même pour se garer Désolé pour ce petit dérangement mais j’espère que votre séjour a été néanmoins très agréable Au plaisir de vous recevoir de nouveau Edouard et Marie
