This magnificent architect-designed villa consists of a main villa that can accommodate up to 10 people as well as a bungalow that can accommodate 4 people.



The main villa is spread over two levels and includes:



An extended lounge area opening onto a vast patio, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher) providing everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine are also at your disposal.

A cinema room and an office with a printer are also available to you throughout your stay. An additional shower room completes the villa.



On the night side, on the upper floor you will find 4 bedrooms:



Room 1: features a king size bed (200/200) with its own en-suite bathroom and a magnificent sea view



Room 2: features a king size bed (200/200) with its own en-suite bathroom and a magnificent sea view



Room 3: has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a queen size bed with its own en-suite bathroom

Even closer to the sea, the 60m2 bungalow includes a large covered terrace with a dining area and a small lounge facing the sea, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a king size bed, a desk area and a shower room with WC. An outdoor shower completes the accommodation.



All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. For your comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are at your disposal (between 7am and 11am).



On the outside, everything is designed for relaxation:



You will discover a large covered pergola hosting a dining and lounge area, ideal for sharing a barbecue or an evening ti punch all together. By the edge of the salt water infinity pool, sun loungers await you to perfect your tan. You can also relax on the sun loungers located under the patio, and have a drink on the terrace by the poolside. In front of the private jetty (only the owner sometimes comes), a shelter and its lounge await you for calm and intimate moments facing the ocean. On the jetty, deck chairs are also available.
