Good modern home

A very nice modern home with a well equipped kitchen, a large dining area and generous sitting area with plenty of seating. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and functional. There is also a table outside with shading above for dining outdoors, and a good sized garden (a public footpath runs immediately adjacent to it). Peaule is well located both for the beach and accessing other towns and villages in the area.

Building site directly opposite not mentioned when booking. Consequently impossible to use the garden and doors had to remain closed. Work started every weekday at 08:00 with a digging machine started up and left outside our bedroom to warm up for 10-15 minutes. Deliveries frequent with large noisy reversing vehicles. (I have photos). Unenclosed garden with resultant dog faeces from passing dogs not on leads ( I have photos) If we had been advised at the time of booking, we would NOT have booked. The work will continue for months to build the 23 houses.

Les 1ers voyageurs mécontents malgré leur dernier message ci-dessous : « Vraiment vous avez une maison bien équipée et en bon ordre » Horaires d’arrivée et de départ non respectés. Demande de linge de lit et de linge de bain non payé. Il suffit de lire les avis de voyageurs précédents ou entendre les voisins. Jusqu’à nous dire que la petite tondeuse au fond du garage donnait des odeurs dans la chambre à l’autre bout de la maison. J’en passe et des meilleurs…

Très bon séjour dans un logement agréable intérieurement et extérieurement (à noter que pour des enfants en bas âge le jardin n'est pas clos). Dans un contexte d'accueil il peut aussi manquer des informations que ce soit touristiques et de règlement intérieur (notices d'utilisation, consignes de ménage selon l'option de ménage prise ou pas). Le logement est au carrefour des plages rapidement accessibles, d'activités de sortie (parc de Branféré à 7 minutes en voiture) et de tourisme (de nombreux villages de caractère, le golfe à proximité). Simplement à conseiller.

Maison très agréable au calme

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette jolie maison très bien conçue et bien équipée. Joli terrain autour de la maison. Première plage à 15 min, beaucoup d’autres à moins de 30 min. Facile de bouger et visiter les jolis villages autour et le Golfe du Morbihan. Propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles.

Xavier et sa famille ont été merveilleux à accueillir ! Ils ont été respectueux de la maison et laissé l’endroit propre. Nous avons eu un excellent contact et je les accueillerai avec plaisir à nouveau. Je les recommanderai également à d’autres hôtes. Nous sommes ravis qu’ils aient pu apprécier la région.
