It has a professional gourmet kitchen with sub-zero, a large great room with 2-story ceilings and a cozy den with a large flat screen TV. Includes 3 fireplaces and new Weber grill. Completely private with beach and pool. Built for outside entertaining and relaxation. Sandy beach area with chairs and firepit. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Property is directly on Shinnecock Bay and faces south for sun all day. Paddle boards included.
