It is a superb villa, bright, furnished, decorated with the greatest care and located in the heart of the Tchimbamba district.

- 3 pleasant and very comfortable bedrooms, each with a large 190cmx140cm bed, including 2 with private bathroom and hot water;
- A bathroom + WC for visitors;
- a spacious living room, with sofa, HD plasma TV;
- All fully air-conditioned rooms, a real bonus during heat waves;
- a large fitted kitchen with worktop;
- all the household linen supplied and regularly changed;

The villa is completely fenced with the presence of a staff.

Access and location:
The villa is located in the Tchimbamba district, a residential district deemed to be safe, and is very easy to access by car:
- it is located about 10 minutes from the city center;
- about 8 minutes from the airport;
- 10 minutes from the beach,
- 5 minutes from the gendarmerie's exotic fruit market (you will find mangoes, bananas, avocados, pineapples, oranges and many other "organic" fruits, depending on the season);
- 3 minutes from the nearest pharmacy (Pharmacie Médina);
- 5 minutes from the bakery-Patisserie;
It is very easy to access a taxi. The very dedicated house staff are there to listen to you.
If you are a little hungry, you have several choices: the restaurant "Chez Gilma et VERDA" located not far from the roundabout of Mpita towards JBZ, offers African and European cuisine, with good quality service.
The “Le Cactus” pizzeria in the city center, 8 minutes from the house, where you will enjoy some of the best pizzas in town.
But also, the staff who meet your expectations, can at your request, prepare you a breakfast, lunch or dinner when possible and for a modest contribution!

To avoid any misunderstanding, an inventory of the objects can be made at the entrance and at the exit of the premises.
