• Private pool with seating (8 person covered outdoor dining table) and lounge area including 7 person hot tub spa under the cover of the screen in porch. 2 TV’s viewable from the pool and hot tub. Great for relaxing after the beach!!!
• Perfect for casual evenings and group hangouts – fabulous 20x15 screened in porch off the great room with plenty of seating, full size ping pong table in the covered lower level for lots of family fun.

Upon arrival, we could see how well kept the house and pool area were. We loved that everything was so clean and organized and appreciated all the labels to help keep things in their place. We had plenty of room in the spacious family room and loved being able to eat together on the huge kitchen table. Perfect place for a big group!

Wonderful vacation home and trip

We had a wonderful time in this house. With our large family, this house was perfect for everyone to have a little bit of their own space. I can't say enough about the home's amenities. The screened in porch, hot tub underneath and the wagon/beach chairs provide made the stay very enjoyable. Also, the check in process and property manager were excellent. I was able to speak with her via text or phone whenever I had a question. I would highly recommend this vacation house and will potentionally rent this house again in the future.

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at the Lighthouse! It fulfills our needs for 22 family members!! It is close to Coligny and a short walk to the beach! The kitchen is very well supplied and the pool area is great — nice to have a bathroom by the pool!

A Great Beach House for Large Family

My three-generation family has vacationed in the North Forest Beach area for many years. This house is the best we’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of common spaces, indoors and outdoors. Owners and property manager were very responsive and communicated regularly. We hope to stay here again soon!!

From the beginning to the end… this was a tip top rental. House and furnishings lovely! The table sits 14 adults comfortably which leads to great conversations. Rena, the property manager, made sure everything was perfect. Additional gift of wine and waters were appreciated.

Another AMAZING stay

This was our third stay at the Lighthouse property, and another incredible experience. Plenty of room for six families, all with young children. Great location, very short walk to the beach and easy walk or bike ride to groceries, food, shopping, ice cream. Communication with Rena and Adam was outstanding as always, we will be back!

We loved our stay at the Lighthouse! Our family of 12 was very comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities. The house has a perfect outdoor space with a pool, hot tub, games, tv's, outdoor shower, grill, everything you could need. The house was very clean and well stocked.The owners and property managers were great to work with. The owners have thought of every detail and were very responsive. The property managers checked in with on upon arrival and throughout our stay. Every question was answered quickly and any minor issues were addressed immediately. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here!

Awesome house and great location

We have stayed at several houses in North Forest Beach area and this house is now our favorite! House is huge and plenty of room for our large extended family gathering. Everyone loved the large pool and easy access to beach. Really appreciated the Owner and Property Manager checking in to ensure all was fine. Will definitely look to return.

Summer 2024 HH Getaway

Great location and beautiful home. The owner and property manager would responsive and great to work with. The house was really clean when we arrived and the property manager stopped by to check on the cleaning and see if we needed any instructions on how to use anything in the house. Plenty of room for the 15 of us and having the wagon and the beach chairs onsite was great. Would stay there again!

We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 15 years. In 2019 we built and opened the Buckeye Beach house as a rental property. We have enjoyed it so much we decided to build another!

Why they chose this property

We designed this property to maximize both the inside space as well as the pool deck/outdoor living space. The stairs and elevator were moved to the front right corner of the house. This allows our guests to walk straight into the great room without the need for a Foyer. We invested all that saved space into the outdoor living area. As you can see from the pictures the outdoor living space is very large and accommodating. You won't find a better outdoor space in all of Hilton Head. Enjoy!!

8 bedrooms including the third floor "Bunk Room" that has 7 beds and 2 full baths, and a huge outdoor living area. This house is specifically designed for large groups of multiple families to enjoy our wonderful island together.
