Palm Breeze - Swim Up Bar | A vacation to remember

Summary:

Swim-up to the bar! Outdoor seating, Fire pit, Outdoor BB'Que. Outdoor table seats 6. Pool bar seats 4 in the pool. Tommy Bahama bar cart to keep your drinks cold. Large open living room, dining room and kitchen, breakfast nook. A three-sided open glass window faces the pool. Three bedrooms, master bath with his and her marble countertops, sinks and his & her walk in closets, walk in shower and large bathtub, guest bath with tub & shower and pool bath.



The Space:

Dining room and office facing the front of the house is perfect if you need to use the Murphy Bed for sleeping more than 6 people. Ceiling fans in all rooms. High kitchen ceiling with suspended built in shelves and maple cabinets with granite counter tops. Living room has a sliding glass door facing the pool and a double ceiling fan. Master bed room has a French door facing the pool deck. Entrance has glass double doors, columns inside with inlaid tile floor. Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are approximately 40 minutes by car. You must be 25 years of age to book. Please tell us something about you and your guests when you request to book.

Guests will be sent their code to the keyless entry via email approximately one week prior to their stay

The tv in the living area speakers are blown.. annoying Pool was awesome we spent a lot of time there. Beds were great, home clean.Many of the blows up’s had holes in them. The lanai needs a good cleaning on tiles. We loved the home and location. Enjoyed our girls trip

This house was terrific. The pool/hot tub was great, as was the back patio! Very comfortable stay for our family of 6. There is no beach view. FYI the backyard/patio area overlooks a canal, not a beach.

Appreciated the heated pool, and the hot tub got hot very quickly. Pool alarm was a bit discouraging and while it was low 70s some days where we would normally open the doors instead of having the air on, the alarm made that impossible, so the idea of Florida indoor/outdoor living was not a thing. Clean, no issues with anything while there. Would rent again. Listing is inaccurate in terms of bathrooms, it lists 1 in master and 1 pool access with only a toilet. There is actually a third bathroom with full tub/shower. Pictures show it but listing does not. May want to update that, as its more of a positive than what is listed, but could deter people if only looking at listing and not paying attention to the pictures closely.

Very beautiful home with a great pool. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the management was very accommodating during our stay. The bikes, beach toys and coolers were great to have during our stay.

We came for a week of total relaxation. It was all that. Pool was amazing, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and the entire place was so comfortable. The pool guys came on Thursday- great guys- very friendly and fast in doing their jobs. Close to everything so there’s always something to do but also was a great place to just be. 5 out of 5 stars! Would definitely stay again

Amazing Property

Such an amazing place to stay when in Cape Coral! House was extremely homey and welcoming when we first arrived. The home was really clean and was full of activities from sitting at the pool or hot tub, to having a bonfire and grilling outside. This house was perfect and I recommend anyone looking for a place to stay to book this home!

Amazing home, pool, & hot tub

Fantastic property in Cape Coral. We unfortunately battled Tropical Storm Betty but still managed to squeeze in a lot of hot tub & pool time. Close to Fort Meyers Beach & Sanibel Island, our other favs. Would definitely come back!

Girl friend's getaway

Palm Breeze Christmas week

The property is beautiful and exactly as depicted in the pictures. It has great amenities for a stress free vacation. The beach chairs, beach towels and the beach cart to haul all of it came in very handy when we went to Sanibel Island too. The property managers, Sandy and Les, were very welcoming and answered any questions we had during and prior to our stay. Our family had a great time here!

Picture perfect

Always booking online makes you wonder what are you actually getting compared to the pictures you see. This placed lived up to everything and then some! It was so relaxing and refreshing! Anything you needed was minutes away. I would definitely come here again!

great winter getaway

Had a great time staying for a month this house had everything we needed and plenty of room for the 6 of us. enjoyed the outdoor area with pool and spa and plenty of room to sit and enjoy the outdoors. inside we found that the kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked many meals. The property was well maintained and very clean and the property management company was great to work with and responded within an hour when we needed a propane tank replaced. Great place and would not hesitate to rent it again.

A week in paradise!!

I want to think you for such a beautiful and relaxing house. My family had a wonderful time. Everything was wonderful. The pool was great. The house was very nice. It was exactly as advertised. I had to spend 2 days in the hospital but still had a very relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property as a place to stay in Florida. I know that we will want to return to this property again in the future. Great location. Sitting down by the canal was very relaxing. 5 stars all the way around.

Great holiday trip

The pictures of home are exactly what is there. Great location for my stay. In between both my families homes so easy commute to everything around. We hosted xmas eve dinner for the small family we have here in Florida and was perfect. It's equipped with everything you would need. The alarms on doors We had to get used to but Great if you have small children. You will definitely hear if one of them opens door to pool area. It was a great home and very well decorated. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for any family/group of any age!

Christmas get away

First off, the house is AMAZING! We ESPECIALLY LOVED the pool and patio area! The home was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with lots utensils. Everything you need and more! Now-my complaints. The toilet in the half bath has issues. It wouldn’t flush right and then it did over flow and I was super excited to clean up a flooded bathroom on my vacation. They did get someone out to the house to “fix” it. It was a little better but still doesn’t flush right. Also, not a fan of the response time of the property manager. It would take days for them to answer me sometimes. I know, nothing was super emergent and I could have tried to call someone, but if I am paying a fee for the service, someone should answer me promptly. All this being said, we had an amazing vacation and were happy with the home!

There was a clog in the line, which we had the plumbers come out immediately after you had called us to report the issue, and the issue was resolved immediately and is no longer an issue. We only communicated with you through the VRBO messenger app, which is not for emergencies, so there is a 48 business hour reply-time. During guest stays, and for a quicker response time, we reccomend that guests should reach us directly via phone call, text, or email as it outlines in the welcome packet.
