Cute, very small apartment

Good communication, apartment was clean but 'tired', very small (which we knew but was sufficient. Had nice view, and beach was amazing. NO WIFI!! and had to pay 30euros for sheets and towels (vbro said they were included in ad) close to restaurants and grocery store. No elevator. Had unexpected trouble in building and Lionel arrived and fixed problem very quickly.

Je ne comprends pas vos remarques. Vous dites que l’appartement est très petit, il fait 20m² comme indiqué sur l’annonce et les photos sont très représentatives et réelles. Il n’est pas équipé de Wifi c’est aussi indiqué sur l’annonce. Les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas fournis et le ménage n’est pas compris, c’est en option et c’est aussi indiqué sur l’annonce. La majorité des locataires préfèrent porter leur draps, serviettes et faire le ménage pour payer un peu moins chers (le matériel et les produits ménages sont fournis gratuitement dans l’appartement à la disposition de tous). C’est pour cette raison que nous le mettons en option (nous ne sommes pas un hôtel) mais permettons à nos locataires d’avoir les mêmes services en option et c’est bien indiqué sur l’annonce. Par contre je me permets de vous rappeler notre gentillesse lors de votre départ, le ménage n’était pas fait dans l’appartement (même pas un petit coup de brosse dans les WC), les poubelles sous l’évier n’étaient pas jetées et vous avez laissé par terre des cannettes de bières vides que vous auriez simplement pu déposer dans les poubelles en bas de la résidence !!! En bref quand vous réservez un logement si vous souhaitez des prestations supérieures il faut bien choisir ou les prendre en option, tout est clairement indiqué dans notre annonce. C’est la première fois que ce genre de remarques nous sont indiquées.

Everything you need to enjoy Agde!

This studio was exactly what we needed for a week in Agde. The studios in all of Agde are a small size, but this one was perfectly organized to maximize the space. The kitchen had everything you’d need if you wanted to cook or prepare food, and the deck added extra space. I saw other apartments of a similar size, and this one was much nicer. It is not ideal for hosting people- but just get invited to others’ parties or meet people out for drinks or at a club ,) We added linen/towel rentals and cleaning to make things easier for us- it was not expensive. We also were able to buy everything we needed at the convenience stores. The Heliopolis is an excellent location- perfectly situated near everything.

Expectations exceeded

The small but very tasteful recently renovated appartment in the center of the Heliopolis compound of Cap d'Agde's naturist village manage to exceed our expectations. Everything promised & needed was there - including a very welcome and silently working A/C. The sea view from the balcony was stunning. The host was very friendly and super flexibel when it came to check-in / check-out. We would book with Lionel again any time!

Nous ne comprenons pas trop les 3 étoiles pour la propreté, nous avions préparé l’appartement avant votre arrivée, il était propre contrairement à votre départ ou vous deviez faire le ménage car il n’était pas compris. Mais par respect nous n’avons rien dit.
