Duplex in the heart of Palermo Hollywood.
Lately this neighborhood has become one of the ¨coolest¨ districts of the city, offering a great variety of bars, gourmet and ethnic restaurants, design boutiques, art galleries and an active night life around Plaza Serrano and Plaza Armenia. This neighborhood owes its name to the presence of the main TV, radio and film making producer 's studios.
Building of only 16 exclusive apartments with swimming pool, solarium, laundry and belvedere salon.
Duplex with balcony of open views.
Fully equipped: Air conditioning, cold-heat in all rooms, Two LCD 32" LCD TV, safe, hairdryer, Wi-Fi and cable TV
Two comfortable bedrooms offers in the master a queen bed and in the second bedroom one queen bed/single beds (if you advise in advance it is possible to separate the double bed leaving two single beds), cotton sheets and quality pillow-top mattress.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay, including: Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, electric kettle and fridge with freezer compartment, oven & stove top, pots & pans.
The apartment has a bathrooms and a toilette.
On the top floor of the building is a multi-purpose- room with a terrace, tables and chairs and laundry
One level more by stairs you find a small pool with solarium
The rates include: Linens and towels, electricity, building fees, city taxes, cable TV, water, final cleaning service.
Area: 80 m2/ 861 feet2.
Capacity: 4 passengers.
Smokers are kindly requested to smoke outside on balcony.
No allowed: Pets and youth group.
If you need a crib for your baby, please let me know.
If you are visiting Buenos Aires with family or friends I have more apartments located on the same building.

Respite We Needed

The condo was in great condition and had a fabulous location close to food and entertainment. It was quiet and off the main road, but easy to access. The owner and his son were easy to work with and were quite responsive.

The property and neighborhood was very enjoyable. There are many great restaurants and cafes very close and easily walkable. Sergio was great and responded quickly whenever we had questions.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very comfortable and met all my expectations. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. Palermo Hollywood feels like the center of BA

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. It was so convenient to restaurants and coffee houses and we could walk most places or take a cab. The pool on the roof was very popular with the building and a real bonus in the 95° heat.
