APARTMENT ON THE BEACH IN GULF ORANGES FOR 10 PEOPLE

The apartment is located in Villa Delfino on the ground floor overlooking the sea .It has a covered porch with dining area, paved areas discoveries with loungers, a barbecue in the garden with Mediterranean vegetation and large trees. From the house and its open spaces you can enjoy a wonderful view of the islands. Downstairs c'e'un large living room with view, satellite TV, a kitchen with direct access from the outside with hob oven fridge-freezer dishwasher. The living room leads to the loft where there are three single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine level of a few steps above the living room there is a shower room and a third bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double room, a room with a bunk bed and a single bed, a double bedroom with direct sea views.
In this apartment usually spend the holidays beautiful groups of friends because it is suitable for 10 people.
Access to the nearby beach and 'just a step.Linen is not included and can be rented separately as long as requested at the time of booking or well in advance of the start of the holiday. The price for renting linen (sheets and towels) is €18 per person for each set supplied

Vacanza in compagnia, due famiglie con figli dai 9 ai 16 anni. Posizione perfetta e impagabile la possibilità per chi ama il mare di fare un tuffo la mattina nella spiaggia adiacente a due passi. La sera poi cenare con il rumore del mare è stato altrettanto impagabile! Cucina attrezzata. Vicino un supermercato, comodo per chi arriva in traghetto ad Olbia.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Der Kontakt war stehts problemlos, schnell und freundlich. alle unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Das Haus liegt wunderbar. Ein winziger Strand ist in wenigen Metern zu erreichen. Wir hatten (fast) alles was wir benötigten.

Wasserschaden und unfreundliche Vermieterin

Grundsätzlich hat das Apartment ungefähr unseren niedrigen Erwartungen entsprochen, jedoch hatten wir amln Tag 3 einen großen Wasserschaden in der Küche den wir umgehend gemeldet haben. Das Wasser tropfte eimerweise von der Decke und es fing stark an zu müffeln. Als Lösung wurde uns 10 Stunden später gesagt sie stellen das Wasser ab. Erst auf direktem Nachfrage dürften wir schlussendlich am nächsten Tag in ein freies Apartment neben an. Dort war der Wasserschaden aber im Bad, wo das Wasser bereits am Boden stand. Als wir die Vermieterin das erste Mal zu Gesicht bekamen war der Grund, dass sie unsere Motorräder fast umgefahren hat(Reifen berührten sich) und sie nicht verstanden hat weshalb wir da nicht so begeistert waren und dann so tat als würde sie kein Englisch verstehen. Zum Abschied würden wir noch eine Stunde vor Check Out gefragt wann wir endlich gehen.

Meer vor der Haustüre

Die Lage des Objekts ist unübertrefflich. Waren schon davor zweimal dort und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Außendusche, Fenster und vor allem die Innentüren (schleifen auf den Böden) sollten repariert werden.

Tolle gelegen.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, unseren Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer zu verbringen, und die Lage war wirklich traumhaft. Der Blick auf das Wasser und der direkte Zugang zum Strand haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr besonders gemacht. Auch die Umgebung mit weiteren wunderschönen Stränden in wenigen Kilometern Entfernung hat uns begeistert – ein wirklich toller Ort, um sich zu entspannen und die Natur zu genießen. Leider gab es jedoch einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt haben. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren sehr begrenzt und es war oft schwierig, einen Platz in der Nähe der Wohnung zu finden. Zudem war die Geräuschkulisse problematisch: Wenn alle Wohnungen ausnahmslos belegt sind, wird es ziemlich laut, besonders wenn die Nachbarn auf den Terrassen stehen, die direkt an unsere angrenzen. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt war das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage. Bei den hohen Temperaturen war es kaum auszuhalten, und angesichts des Preises hätten wir hier definitiv mehr Komfort erwartet. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aufgrund der Lage zwar sehr schön, doch die genannten Mängel haben unsere Erfahrung leider etwas getrübt.

Appartamento situato in un complesso con accesso diretto ad una piccola caletta e in una posizione favorevole per la scoperta delle innumerevoli spiaggette di questa costa della Sardegna. Struttura ben fornita di tutto l' occorrente, con ampio spazio all' esterno per mangiare e rilassarsi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 adulti e un bambino, ci siamo stati perfettamente. Proprietaria disponibile, professionale e molto gentile. Sicuramente lo consigliamo sia a famiglie che a gruppi di amici.

logement en bordure de mer

Logement conforme à l'annonce. Logement très bien situé en bordure de mer. On peut y voir des dauphins. L'Hôte est très réactives. On a pas passé un agréable séjour en famille et entre amis. La mezzanine n'est pas adaptée au tout petit par contre. La gestion des déchets est compliquée en Sardaigne mais cela est indépendant du propriétaire.

Le logement pour 9 était idéal. Quel plaisir de prendre son petit déjeuner en terrasse avec cette vue magnifique. Il manque peut être un micro ondes et un aspirateur… Mais en cas de pb, la propriétaire répond très rapidement, c’est top. Je recommande ce logement

Bel emplacement mais service minimum

L’emplacement est vraiment super: les pieds dans l’eau ! Plusieurs bémols pour nous à ce séjour: aucun produit ménager (éponge, produit vaisselle, papier toilette, sacs poubelle, produits alimentaires de base… il nous a fallu tout acheter !), linge non compris dans le prix et la gestion des poubelles qui est un vrai casse-tête quand on est en vacances… dommage qu’il n y ait pas de gestion collective dans l’immeuble (il faut carrément aller au centre de tri à la fin du séjour pour jeter ses poubelles !!!! La bonne surprise …) Le logement est assez sonore: si les voisins du dessus sont bruyants vous le saurez !! En dehors de tout ça, le logement est propre et très bien situé… système pratique de boîte à clés qui permet d’arriver quand on veut… La propriétaire communique par sms et répond rapidement…

Vivre sur la plage

La maison est idéalement située sur la plage. Une des chambres permet d’entendre les vagues. La seconde chambres permet aussi de voir la mer mais la terrasse des voisins se situe à proximité. La terrasse extérieure est très agréable, nous avons eu une semaine très ensoleillée pour profiter des repas dehors. Elle donne un accès direct sur la mer. Il faut noter qu’avec l’arrivée et le départ des ferry au port, Il y a un ronronnement lors de leurs départs mais qui ne dérange en rien. Il faisait par contre très chaud et cela serait utile de prendre des ventilateurs pour ceux qui craignent la chaleur. L’appartement possède un lave-vaisselle et une machine à laver ce qui est très pratique en vacances. La propriétaire répond très rapidement et nous a énormément arrangé sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Le golf d arranci a de très belles plages et permet aussi d’aller dans les plages du sud ou du Nord rapidement. Dans le centre-ville, il y a un parc à jeux pour enfants avec un petit bar où les parents peuvent les attendre et les surveiller.

Die Wohnung war sauber und praktisch. Die Küche ist grosszügig, wenn auch ein bisschen ins Alter gekommen die Waschmaschine kann undicht sein. Tolle Veranda mit Meerblick und Zugang zu einem sehr kleinem Strand. Italienisch zur Verständigung vor Ort ist vorteilhaft. Betreuung war in Ordnung. Warmwasser reicht für 4 Duschen! Bei 6 Personen oder mehr kann das knapp werden.
