Great house in a great location, short walk to the beach and town, right next to the pool, well stocked kitchen plenty of towels, overall a great stay for my wife and I and our two teenage children

Great Seaside House with Views

The house is in a great location only a few minutes walk to the beach and directly across from the pool. The house had an amazing 4th level deck with great views of seaside and the ocean.

Conveniently located to the Odessa beach access, the swimming pools, Seaside and Watercolor restaurants. Many balconies and patios for added living space. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Everything was fantastic. The home was beautiful. Location was perfect they made everything so easy. Only only only thing was that the floors were pretty dirty. Wish they had cleaned a little better. Other than that, it was perfect and would absolutely stay again and recommend.

May 2020 Stay

We are having a wonderful time! I have not been able to get in touch with 360 Blue though and that has been frustrating - we wait on hold and then eventually it says we have stayed to long in the cue?? As far as the house, Great location to beach! Would be awesome to have some kid bikes too:) love the decor and vibe of the home:)

July 2019 Stay

Amazing House and Location! We have stayed in Seaside many times and this house ( seayarealsoon.com ) was the most amazing location and house we have ever stayed at. The Gulf Views are amazing from the comfy chairs, while enjoying a drink in the evening watching the sunset. The kids loved the pool next door and it is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and equally close to down town Seaside. We never even used our car. The house was super comfy too with all of the kitchen items we needed, sleeping for over 9 and even an X-Box for the kids. We will book this again for next year or even sooner. Thanks so much for the great stay!

July 2019 Stay

WiFi/TV had never been connected since new ownership took over 3 weeks ago! By Sunday around 5 pm we finally had both (after having 3 different service techs and wasting 1/2 a day). Wednesday afternoon out of the blue we walk in from the beach around 2pm to find a 360 maintenance tech working on wi-fi after it had been working perfect for since Sunday night. Told him it was fine but whatever he did knocked EVERYTHING out. We called Media Comm at 8:30 and out of the blue around 3am the Tv started working. We had left it on after speaking to their tech who had told us she could see it needed to be reset. Not a fun way to spend a vacation when you have wi-fi down and 4 people using it. Additionally, we had 2 twelve year old who needed internet to access Xbox games and I needed internet to work on laptop. Bikes were another screw up by the bike division. This rental was much better in 2018 without 360 Property Mgmt.
