About this property
Resort style Luxury condo on the waterfront with private patio overlooking bay.
We own 2 family vacation homes on the bayou (in case one is not available, check the other one.) Located on Coquina Key a beautiful residential island near downtown, we have panoramic water views and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Only 5min to downtown St Pete and 15 min to closest beach ( and our favorite- Pass a Grille). Patio has propane grill and Beautiful outdoor furniture, so please enjoy the outdoors and dolphin watching :) Gated, resort-style complex with tropical landscaping and amenities: 2 pools, jacuzzi, tennis, fitness room, Yacht Club with bar.
**Linens & towels provided, as well as Beach towels, beach umbrella and beach cooler. We love the beach, and want to make sure you have everything you need during your vacation, short or long :)
KITCHEN:The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator and electric convection stove. We love cooking, and so you will find pots, pans, a large variety of utensils and a spice rack with many different spices, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
LG Washer and dryer in unit. Limited supply of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and garbage bags provided.
BEDROOM: queen bed, dresser, large closet. Inflatable mattress in hallway closet for kids or extra guests. Extra sheets, blankets, pillows in closet as well.
LIVING ROOM:
features 50" Smart 3D TV and WiFi internet. Please find the Guest Book with additional information about grocery shopping, restaurants, etc.
The resort style gated community has 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzi/hot tub, beach volleyball court, tennis courts, gym. You have access to every amenity, and they are all walking distance. You may fish off the seawall by the patio, or by the fishing pier located adjacent to the pool area.

Why they chose this property
Private, exceptionally beautiful with water views all around. Amazing sunsets, dolphin watching, pelicans, many other birds. The outside area provides so much space for relaxing in the sun. Beautiful gated community with tropical well maintained landscape, birds’ island, long walking trail by the sea wall, private Yacht club and bar, fishing pier, amazing amenities and friendly neighbors.
