The house consists of two buildings, one of them is the main house where the owners live and the other is the house that is rented. The accommodation has two floors. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchenette along with a cozy lounge / dining room. On the top floor there is a bathroom and two bedrooms. In one of the rooms there is a double bed while the other has the possibility of a double bed or two single beds.

The neighborhood

The house is located at the foothills of the Tramuntana mountain range, just outside the town of Santa María del Camí in a rural residential neighborhood.

How to move

The property is 2 minutes from Santa Maria by car and 10 minutes walking, so a car is recommended. Santa María is very well connected as it has a train station, bus and has an exit to the highway.

Lovely stay

A lovely, quaint property perfect for our short stay. The garden was great and we really appreciated having the outdoor space having two young children age 6 and 7. Although the pool was very chilly in April. The owner was incredibly helpful and very informative during our stay.

Best Place for vacation with Kids

Everything was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool very much- us too. Is the air condition in the house worked very well.The house is very well equipped.Check out first before you go to a supermarket to buy something Thanks to Samuel, he was very professional and always available for us to help our questions.It was a perfect place for our family stay!

Very nice and cozy villa with a beautiful pool and garden

The stay was perfect, Samuel made the effort to equip the villa with a chromecast, so you could stream everything on the tv. You could also easily connect to the audio system via bluetooth.The pool is surprisingly large, the villa is clean and Samuel and his mother made sure that we had all we need! Thanks you!

Great location for peace and quiet with easy access to the whole island

The house was very well equipped with a lovely pool, fresh eggs and lemons. Everything was clean and in good condition. It is very secluded, but close to major roads, allowing exploration of the whole island. Samuel is a great host with good tips for quiet beaches, lovely views and good local bike rides. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We also enjoyed watching DVDs on the large TV. We would recommend staying here to couples or families. We enjoyed taking the train to Soller from nearby Bunyola and then taking the tram to Porte de Soller. The views were stunning. Porte de Valdemossa was a great drive with crashing waves hitting the rocky shore.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit Pool. Kaffee, Gewürze und zahlreiche andere Kleinigkeiten vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlicher Empfang (mit typisch mallorquinischer Ensaimada) und immer hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Im Garten kommen auch gerne mal die Haustiere (eine Katze und ein lebhafter Hund) zu Besuch, was uns gefreut hat. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Vacances à Santa Maria

Samuel est un hote formidable, d'une gentillesse et compréhension comme on en trouve peu aujourd'hui. Son logement est conforme à la description, il est bien situé et fonctionnel. Samuel a pensé à tout, serviettes de toilettes et plage, gel douche, shampoing, etc... il ne manque rien. Un conseil, allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus. Pour les français, Samuel parle très bien français également. 😉. Personnellement, après des débuts compliqués, à cause de la compagnie aérienne, Samuel a sauvé nos vacances et nous avons pu enfin en profiter. Je ne le remercierai jamais assez pour tout ce qu'il a fait pour nous.

Perfecta finca De estilo Mallorquín para unas vacaciones relajantes

Encantadora finca con espacios grandes y perfecta para los niños, en un entorno muy tranquilo para unas vacaciones relajadas y no tan lejos de Palma . Su anfitrión Samuel nos ha brindado una cálida bienvenida y ha reaccionado rápidamente a todas nuestras demandas y consultas. Es el primer año de todas nuestras vacaciones que hemos disfrutado más de estar en una finca que el las playas de mallorca , también nos hemos reunirnos con amigos en la finca con la aceptación del señor Samuel al que también lo hemos invitado para compartir mesa y disfrutar de sus conversaciones. 1 Woche Aufenthalt im April 2023

Im Umland von Palma am Randbezirk von Santa Maria gelegenes Ferienobjekt, ländlich gelegen, an sich ruhig und windgeschützt auf dem Grundstück. Auf der Terrasse konnte man zu etwas späterer Stunde vormittags im April schon draußen frühstücken, kleines Highlight: selbstgepresster Orangensaft mit Früchten aus dem Garten. Finca ist typisch spanisch gebaut, einfacher Holzfußboden, dicke Steinwände (im Sommer bestimmt schön schattig und kühl). An sich war es ein sehr nette Woche im April, die wir dort verbringen durften. Sam ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit und kann sehr gut englisch durch eigene Reisen im Ausland. Vielen Dank an Dich für deine Hilfe und Unterkunft, Sam, und wir wünschen Dir noch alles Gute weiterhin!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay @Sams. He is a great guy and gave us wonderful tips. The house is located in Santa Maria where one can easily access Alcudia, Palma East or West Side. The kids loved the pool. Schöner Familienurlaub

Schöne Finca mit eigenem Garten und Pool in toller Lage in der Nähe von Palma und verkehrsgünstig an der Autobahn. Der Gastgeber ist herausragend freundlich und sehr jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Bezüglich dem Inserat möchte ich anmerken, dass die Finca relativ hellhörig ist was die oberen beiden Schlafzimmer angeht aber auch zwischen oberer und unterer Etage. Abends einen Film gucken und oben soll das Kind schlafen wird nicht oder nur schwer funktionieren. Zudem ist der Garten nicht komplett "privat", sondern es gibt einen Durchgang zur Einfahrt, die auch vom Gastgeber genutzt wird. Beides geht aus der Anzeige nicht hervor, ist jedoch für die Entscheidung für oder gegen die Finca ggf. relevant. Insgesamt kann ich das Objekt und den Gastgeber aber empfehlen und werde wahrscheinlich wiederkommen!
