In the countryside in the small hamlet of Serres and 3 km from Carpentras we suggest you come and enjoy this sunny loft of 126 m2 and an independent studio
It consists of a large main room, a utility room and a large bathroom.
The studio part consists of a bedroom with a shower corner and w. c, and a small kitchen area
Also a barbecue of 30 m2, a 6 x 2.20 swimming lane, exotic parasols, sun loungers and outdoor tables and chairs.
You will be very close to the Avignon festival (25km), the Orange chorégies (25km), Mont Ventoux,… ..

Pets allowed, however couches, bed and pool are prohibited.
Sheets and towels are provided for the price of the stay
Closed, secure parking
WIFI available

There is no extra charge for cleaning, however dishes and appliances must be returned clean.

Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten

Ein schönes Haus mit einem schönen Pool zum abkühlen, es sind zwei Wohneinheiten mit jeweils einem Bad, eins hat weniger Privatsphäre und ist durch einen Vorhang getrennt. Sehr schöne Einrichtung und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vielen Dank wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Accueil très chaleureux de Christine. Loft absolument charmant, très tranquille, idéal pour se ressourcer une semaine en profitant de la piscine et des aménagements ( cuisine d’été,…)

Très belles prestations pour une propriété atypique

La propriété est très belle et bien agencée avec une décoration atypique …le jardin est bien appreciable avec ce qu’il faut d”ombre, d’ensoleillement, verdure et fleurs. Avec en plus un magnifique bassin qui donne un magnifique cachet. Aucun soucis sur le séjour avec Christine qui est très réactive. On se sent chez soi

Location agréable et conforme au descriptif

Loft très agréable, spacieux , double climatisation de l’espace principal . 2ème chambre (de l’autre côté de la pelouse) climatisée également avec douche et toilettes perso . Piscine largement suffisante pour se rafraîchir . Lit principal toutefois peu confortable. Quartier silencieux . Location proche des principaux sites du Vaucluse à visiter . Impression générale des vacances fort agréable.

Negative Überraschung am Ende / Surprise négative à la fin

Das Haus ist mit Einrichtung nahezu so, wie in den Bilder gezeigt mit idealer Lage. Es ist darauf zu achten: - die Haus-Nr. auf den Anreise-Daten ist nicht korrekt. Trotz Nachfrage konnte nicht weiter geholfen werden. Wir mussten lange suchen. - An der naheliegende Landstraße sind aktuell größere Straßenarbeiten. - W-LAN Passwort stimmte leider nicht - Dokumentiert in Anwesenheit des Eigentümers bei An-/ Abreise alles erdenkliche. Bei der Hausübergabe wurden alle Räumlichkeiten/ Einrichtungen begutachtet. Alles war zu diesem Zeitpunkt OK. Im Nachhinein wird uns unterstellt, einen Couch-Überzug im Bad unwiederbringlich beschmutzt zu haben. Dafür müssen wir nun 150 Euro bezahlen. Leider hat der Vermieter nicht mehr auf unsere Einwände reagiert und Betrag abgebucht.

Famille tres agreable de prime abord, neanmoins ces personnes demandent un rabais sur le prix de la location sous pretexte qu'ils ne sont que 2 mais laisse la maison avec des degradations et refuse d'indemniser pour cela.. House de couette tachée et irrecuperable au lavage, matelas gonflable laissé crevé dans le jardin, parasol fermé avec un lien de façon a ne pas voir qu'il a été dechiré..... la liste est longue . Je suis habitué a recevoir des gens respectueux du bien que je leur confie, je ne souhaite plus loué a de pareils vacanciers.

Très belle maison avec beaucoup de caractère, très bien située

La propriété est très agréable, proche de tout, tout en étant au calme.La maison est meublée avec beaucoup de goût, les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables, tous les éléments sont réunis pour passer un excellent séjour !!!
