Spacious 1 bed Sea View Apartment close to beach and all amenities (sleeps 2)

Located on the very popular and well-kept complex Victoria Court II, no hills to climb just a few steps up to the bright, airy and spacious apartment with beautiful sea view and sunny south facing balcony. The bedroom which has pool and mountain views has twin beds with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes with a built in safe which is free of charge to use, plenty of drawer space with a large chest of drawers with overhead mirror, 2 bedside cabinets both with drawers, bedside lamps and a ceiling fan. The hallway also has a floor to ceiling mirror. Bathroom has sink with overhead illuminated mirror, vanity unit, toilet and large walk in double shower, and hairdryer. Open plan lounge has a sofa, coffee table and side tables, flat screen tv with english channels and south facing sunny balcony with table, 4 chairs ,2 adjustable sunloungers with cushions, clothes dryer and retractable sun blind. There is also a beach parasol for your use. American style fully fitted kitchen, with fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, 3ring ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, and even a shopping trolley. All cutlery, cooking utensils, linen and bath and hand towels also provided. Extra large pool towels can also be provided at an additional cost of £5each for your stay. There are beautiful landscaped gardens with sub tropical plants on the walkways and around a very large shared heated pool with plenty of sun beds and parasols. Sun beds at the pool are charged at £2 per day. There is also a separate children's pool. We also provide a large selection of books and are happy to provide a welcome pack at an additional charge, although we do provide complimentary tea, coffee, milk and water on your arrival plus a bottle of sangria to start off your holiday. We can also organise any special requests if you are celebrating a special occasion. High speed fibre optic wifi is also available in the apartment free of charge and golf clubs are available to hire.

Winter week in November 2023

Lovey property the apartment and the complex were spotless. Nice sea view and great pool area. Rob and Carol were very helpful including letting us leave our luggage in the apartment after check out. Location perfect would highly recommend.

Sea view apartment

This 1 bedroom apartment is spacious with beautiful sea views. The property was spotless on arrival, very well presented and comfortable throughout. The location was very close to the seafront up a slight incline. The apartment has everything you need and really felt like home from home. I would strongly recommend this apartment and i would definitely stay again. Thank you Rob & Carol for a wonderful stay.

Great Apartment

We stayed for 10 days in June 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The complex is well maintained and nice & quiet. Check in was easy with a key safe by the door. The apartment was just as advertised - spotlessly clean and well equipped with Wi-Fi & English to stations. The owners were very helpful and arranged a linen change on day 5 of our stay. Good view of the sea from the balcony which had two sun loungers and a table & chairs. We wouldn’t hesitate to book the apartment again & have recommended it to family & friends.

Beautiful little break

When we arrived, Carole was there to meet us. Property very clean and good location. Swimming pool you have to pay 4 euros to use there beds. We spent most of the time on the beach. Supermarket was close to get your fridge bits. The owners left a few bits for us to use ie coffee tea etc which is nice. Overall experience was great and I would stay here again. One thing please leave beach towels for the guests.
