This 3 bedroom/3 Bath Condo is located in Legends of Magnolia two blocks from Toomer's Corner. Prime location for all of Auburn's academic and sporting events as it sits across from campus. The balcony overlooks Auburn University and has a view of the football stadium and Jumbotron.

Excellently furnished throughout and clean. Premium finishes include hardwood and tile floors and granite counter tops. Open floor plan in the kitchen and sitting area ensures quality time with friends and family. The den has a large flat screen TV and speakers with Bluetooth technology. Kitchen comes fully equipped to handle all your needs and even has a separate icemaker. More than 6 people can dine in the kitchen bar and pub sitting area. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. All three bedrooms have flat screen TVs and walk-in closets. Two bedrooms include queen beds while the master bedroom features a king-size sleigh bed. All bathrooms have granite counter tops and the master bathroom features a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The balcony includes a gas grill, dining and sitting areas, and shades that rolls down on sunny days.

The condo was wonderfully located in the heart of Auburn with a great view of the stadium. It was well stocked and clean. The set up is great for 3 couples with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Great place to stay for game day. Auburn was a great experience overall and the fans were nice to the visiting team. Would highly recommend staying at this condo. James was attentive and easy to work with.

Great for a Group!

We were there for our son's graduation and invited extended family. This was the perfect size for 6 people, has a great outdoor area, and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

This condo was fabulous! It was right across the street from campus. Perfect location!!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to visit Auburn.

The location and stay were great! However the mattresses definitely need to be replaced in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Very lumpy and uncomfortable.

Place is very nice, great location. Property manager has some room for improvement. Asking me, when contacted about a TV issue, “is there someone younger in the house”? A day before check in, I had to reach out to him. No instructions on trash. (We. Found the dumpster).

We loved the location of this condo for AU football weekend. It is large and spacious, loved the big, beautiful balcony, and it is appointed with everything you need! Very clean and comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

Fantastic Condo

We used this condo for Auburn's graduation weekend. It was immaculate. The location is wonderful and there are no issues with parking. I would highly recommend renting this unit, and will do so again in the future.

We stayed here for graduation. Booking was easy and had no trouble contacting owner with a parking question after arrival. Condo was lovely and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Loved that the balcony had a grill and shades you could roll down to block afternoon sun. Location was perfect to walk to campus and downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

We were there for college visit at Auburn and were able to walk everywhere. Great location perfectly appointed. Easy rental process. Never had any direct contact with the property manager so we were a little nervous but received check in info via email and everything worked out perfectly. Would definitely rent again if she chooses AU!

Excellent Location

My favorite place to stay in Auburn. You cannot beat the location. It is walkable to everything. We love sitting on the large covered patio that overlooks campus. The condo is spacious and clean.
