Points positifs : -Appartement simple, efficace, fonctionnel-Emplacement idéal -Propriétaires joignables-Résidence disposant d'un ascenseur -Logement bien insonorisé Points négatifs :-!!! Stationnement !!! Le logement est loué avec un stationnement mais il vous sera stipulé qu'après paiement que le garage ne convient que pour une "voiture citadine". Hors le stationnement est tout bonnement inutilisable, pour une voiture quelle qu'elle soit (peut convenir pour moto ou vélos). Un litige concernant les stationnements semble opposé les résidents et locataires. Dans notre cas , il nous a été impossible d'utiliser le box dès le premier jour (un véhicule faisant barrage devant notre box), et lorsque nous avons enfin pu utiliser ce box (tard le soir) , impossible de sortir notre voiture le deuxième jour à cause d'une autre berline stationnée empêchant manoeuvres et sortie...Précision importante : tout stationnement en dehors de la résidence est payant, et ne peut être approvisionné que pour 2h maximum.-Literie : matelas TRÈS dur. Attention , avec le cadre de lit, gabarit de plus d'1m80 s'abstenir.-Pas de box internet donc pas de Wifi

Idéal pour découvrir Evian et sa proximité

Appartement très confortable, calme, très bien situé vis-à-vis du lac et des commerces, pour l'essentiel en accès piéton. Garage inclus, ce qui est très appréciable. Accueil et relations très agréable avec le propriétaire, jusqu'à un bouquet de fleurs fraîches !Nous étions logés au mieux pour un excellent séjour à visiter ce site magnifique ainsi que les vallées alentour.
