Located in a pleasant and calm environment in the small village of La Clarté, halfway between Perros-Guirec, Trégastel & Ploumanac'h, its geographical position in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast makes it an ideal base for exploring and visiting Area.

The most beautiful beaches of the Coast are only a few minutes away, as is the small port of Ploumanach and the famous Sentier des Douaniers, famous for its chaos of granite rocks ...!

PLAGE de Trestraou is a 3-minute drive away.

Ein schönes Haus. Grosszügige Räume, Grill, Waschmaschine, schöne Gartenplätze. Wir haben die ruhige Umgebung auch sehr genossen. Gerne empfehle ich es weiter.

Séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Elle est très bien localisée pour visiter la côte de granite rose, centre et plage de Perros-Guirec sont accessibles à pied depuis la maison. La communication s'est très bien passée avec Carine que nous remercions pour son accueil. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation!

Stilvolles schönes Häuschen

Wir haben uns in dem Haus super wohlgefühlt. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, die Schlüssel haben wir problemlos gefunden, alles war in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Uns hat das ganze Anwesen sehr gut gefallen, der kleine Garten, die Ruhe dort und die Nähe zur Granitküste sind einfach wunderbar.

La maison a beaucoup de charme, elle est bien décorée et équipée, et peut parfaitement accueillir des enfants en bas âge. Très bien située, pas loin du sentier des douaniers, de Ploumanach et Tregastel! Carine est très prévenante, encore merci pour la salade et les oeufs!!!! :)

Goed gelegen gezellige woning, zonnige tuin en terras. Keukengerei ( glazen, pannen ) aan vervanging toe. Kookpotten niet echt voldoende bij een verblijf met 6 personen.

Rien à dire! Maison conforme à la description. Très jolie déco et très joli jardin. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très bien située, à environ 15 minutes à pied de la plage et à 30/45 minutes à pied de Ploumanach (côte de granit rose). Position idéale pour faire de la randonnée. C’est une maison dans laquelle je retournerais avec grand plaisir.

Excellent séjour !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans cette maison spacieuse, très agréable et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et sympathiques. Ils sont soucieux du bien être de leurs vacanciers, par leurs soins apportés aussi bien dans la déco que dans la propreté et les équipements. La région offre une multitude d'activités, et il est très facile de trouver des idées de sorties même en cas de météo peu favorable : planétarium, cinéma, cité du radom....à proximité. Si vous avez des enfants nous vous conseillons les chasses aux trésors de la vallée du Léguer, très agréables pour découvrir la région... Nous vous recommandons cette location sans aucune hésitation pour des vacances réussies !

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus an der westlichen Rosagranitküste

Gute Ausgangslage für Fahrradtouren, Zöllnerweg. Haus ist wie auf den Fotos. Haben uns wohlgefühlt 2 gute Esslokale 10 Minuten Fussweg - La Bonne Auberge und La maison de Marie. Auch am Plage sind zwei gute Lokale. La Suite und L'Embacadère. SuperU in Trégastel ist gut sortiert - ca. 3 km Entfernung

Alles wie beschrieben

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Perros Guirec verbracht. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht (eine große Spülmaschine und ausreichend Geschirr für eine fünfköpfige Familie, ohne dass diese ständig läuft). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation in Englisch oder französisch klappte prima. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen! Merci an Carine und Frédéric

Très agréable maison de vacances !

Nous avons passé un super séjour à La Clarté. La maison est très bien rénovée , fonctionnelle et joliment décorée. Il nous a juste manqué (un peu...) un sèche-cheveu et un grille-pain sinon la maison est parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est magnifique. Nous avons adoré la région et avons fait de longues balades le long de la côte de granit rose. Nous avons aussi apprécié la visite à la cité des Télécoms : ça vaut vraiment le coup !

Petite maison à Perros-Guirec pour une semaine. Attention aux hortensias dans l entrée. Le passage est trop étroit pour les voitures.
