The home is a single level ranch style with a 2 car attached garage at the end of a dead end road, and sitting on the front end of 24 acres of peace and quiet. Night fall brings stars for viewing into the cosmos. It is 3 minutes from Sulphur Creek Marina and 15 minutes from Dale Hollow State Lodge. Look across pasture to the trees, and watch birds, deer and turkey. There is plenty of room to move around and stretch your legs. Decks front and back allow you to decide where to spend your time.

Spend your time on beautiful Dale Hollow Lake enjoying its prime fishing, water sports, scuba diving, floating or explore the many hiking trails. You can golf at spectacular Dale Hollow 18 hole Golf Course or view the wonders the area has available. Great trout fishing is also readily available within minutes at the Cumberland River.

Home has 3 full length couches in the family room, with TV, Dish Satellite with DVR, Roku, DVD player, Stereo/CD with Blue tooth and Bose SoundTouch streaming system. There are 4 bedrooms with and all with new mattresses and bedding (2019). There are 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 bedroom with 1 queen. The bedding is fresh and extra blankets available. The Master and Blue room has TV's and Blue Ray players

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils. Has 2 refrigerators with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, can opener, dish washer and crock pot. The kitchen is large enough to handle all the group needs. Large table with 8 chairs and island with 3 counter stools. We have installed child locks on sink cabinet with cleaning supplies, and knives are kept high out of reach from the little ones.

Back deck has gas grill, table and chairs. Most is covered with a smaller area for the grill when being used or just enjoying your time. Front deck is covered and has motion sensor lights on the garage for your convenience (controlled by inside light switch).

Bathrooms have soap, toilet paper, towels, wash cloths and hair dryer with night light.

Great place!

Wonderful Family Weekend

This home is a great place for family to gather and enjoy a peaceful lake setting. Boating and golf made for the perfect Holiday for the whole family. The house is large and well appointed with space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. We will be back!

Our grandson was getting married at Bodock Farms and we live an hour and 55 min away. This place was a blessing as we had 10 people and a baby. So much room and very clean. Had everything you need for a getaway. The owner was in touch with us. Highly recommend this place.

Great place

We love the location. So close to marina as we take 2 or 3 boats. We have stayed twice at this property. It’s perfect for our 3 generation family. The owner is GREAT to work with. Just text him and he’ll take care of whatever you need.

Perfect Trip

This was our first trip to Dale Hollow lake. The short drive to the marina was great with plenty of trailer parking at the house. The housed had a peaceful location plenty of turkeys and Deer to watch in the morning. This house was will stock and everybody enjoyed the stay. We can't wait to get back.

Wonderfully peaceful!

We rented this beautiful home for the Holiday weekend. We had all intentions of a couple days on the lake, but the weather didn't allow. This house was just as described and plenty big to spread out and be comfortable in the cool rainy weather. The huge yard was awesome for a fun game of wiffle ball. It was close to everything, yet quiet and secluded!

Perfect long weekend getaway!

This was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway with friends. The location was perfect and just a short drive to Sulphur Creek Marina. We had 3 boats with trucks and trailers and all fit perfect in location. The house was clean, organized and offered everything we needed. Bob was very helpful and available as needed. He made the process very easy!! Loved it all.

Annual Fishing Trip with Family and Friends

This is #4 in the books for our annual family and friends fishing trip. We usually go to Alabama but decided to stay a little closer to home this year. The house was the best house we have stayed in so far. It was clean and had all the necessities needed. We had one good day of fishing and the other few days a cold front moved in and it wasn't the best catching fish weather but we still had a wonderful time. Thank you again for this nice home.

Another fine stay

Great place for a foursome. Very serviceable bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, comfortable living room seats and a great TV. We’ve tried various other houses and accommodations in the area and will be coming back.

Beautiful property

The only reason for the three stars is due to the fact that NO where is it mentioned that right out your front door is a cemetery. The property is gorgeous, although the majority of the property isn’t necessarily accessible, it is still an extremely peaceful, beautiful stay if you don’t mind the cemetery. I just wish that was conveyed in the details. The home is older, but very homey. It was a great stay and the host Bob was extremely comforting and communicative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
