Yes, our condo at Playa Royale Residences is the nicest and most sought after building in all of Nuevo Vallarta!

Our condo (on the 8th floor!), is in the best and most impressive 'Five Star' properties, with exquisite design and incredible gardens, property and beach! Located next to: Paradise Village, Paradise Mall, Nuevo Vallarta marina, El Tigre championship golf course, Spa Paraiso, Paradise Sports complex and so much more!

... just a short walk or take our shuttle which comes and picks you up in front of our building every 30 minutes!!! No need for a car or anything as it is all right here!!

Our spacious personally decorated condo has a Mexican flair- 1500 sq ft., done in beautiful Mexican colours, with the ammentites just like home ( stainless kitchen, marble, linens, duvets, satellite t.v's, large poolview patio, laundry room, 2 full sized bathrooms, games, movies, boogie boards and so much more). Wireless internet in lobby. Wireless internet in condo also...

Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes for gourmet meals, a/c in all rooms, dbl pullouts in both couches,, and Living room t.v has: Shaw Direct T.V/Telecable & DVD & on the 40 inch Plasma TV.

Master Bedroom also had a t.v with: Telecable/Netflix & UTube.

Many restaurants, stores, banks, Dr's and groceries in a short walk. Head downtown by taxi, just outside our door- 20 minutes or to the airport in 10 minutes.

Enjoy our Sport Club ( gym, Kid's Club, classes, spa, showers, sauna, steamroom, tennis, raquetball) for a family fee of $100.00 with discounts to local restaurants and golfing.

Activites in area: boogie board, swim, snorkel, fish, sail, scuba, horseback and more.

'All of our photos are taken right from our deck' this is the view!! You would be amazed at the great view and spectacular sunsets..

Wonderful Experience

Playa Royale never disappoints. Once again the staff, grounds and condo were first rate. The panoramic ocean view from the balcony was spectacular. The condo was clean and well stocked. Nathan was quick to respond to any questions we had. Don't hesitate to stay here it is one of the premier condo complex's in Nuevo Vallarta

Relaxing Holiday

If you want a quite laid back vacation this is a great place to stay. If you want loud music and drunken swim up bars you won't find that here. Lounge chairs at pool and beach were always available without saving at 8:00am. Grounds, pool and rest of facility very well maintained. Beach is great water was warm. The condo was as advertised with great kitchen, large bedrooms and balcony with great ocean and sunset views. Would return in the future.

Playa Royale

Init was clean bee beautiful. Only a half tool of toilet paper and no trash bags or dish detergent. No cleaning cloths or paper towels ti start you off with. We asked housekeepers for toilet paper or trash bag but was told to buy them at the grocery store. Also went to the beach and was told to buy a card to use the beach or sit in the back in front of the walking path. We lost almost 2 days of vacation time doing these things. Should have been disclosed! Also can’t get beach cards unless you’re staying at least 2 weeks. Best area on breach is for owner only.

We had an excellent week at Nathan’s condo in Playa Royale. The condo was perfect for us, great size, clean, and had everything we needed. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Hope to Rent Again

We enjoyed the property, clean, spacious, comfortable sleeping and so quiet for such a large complex. Staff, cleaners most helpful and very friendly. We shopped at Mega store, needed a cab there and back, bus stop five minute walk to go into PV which was very reasonable. Loved the ocean view, swam everyday in the ocean and utilized pool and hot tub, plus bbq areas. Would highly recommend this complex and condo unit. Thank you Nathan.
