Studio trĂšs mini

TrÚs bien situé, dans une région que je pense trÚs belle par beau temps et sans coupures électriques. Nous avons subit un temps exécrable 6 jours sur 7, plus des coupures électriques au moment du repas du soir avec de l'électroménager tout électrique( par contre les voisins ont fait de leur mieux pour que l'on puisse se nourrir). Mais vous ne maitrisez pas EDF et encore moins le climat. La douche est une punition pour des gens normaux, mais on fait avec pendant une semaine(1m75 et 80kg). Vous conviendrez que c'est un peu normal que l'on soit déçu.

Fantastische locatie

We kozen die studio voor de ligging! Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar wanneer je vragen hebt. Wat wel aangepast moet worden op de site is dat er al 3 jaar geen bakkerij meer is vóór de residentie, wel op 1 km zéér lekkere artisanale bakkerij. We komen nog terug

Visite des jardins secrets, les gorges du Fier, Col de la Forclaz, belvĂ©dĂšre du Semnoz,Douss’plage, la plage de la brune,et le vieux Annecy. Mon conjoint ayant un handicap pour marcher, nous pensons que cela Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  apprĂ©ciable. Lac et paysage magnifiques.

Le logement loué correspond exactement à la description. Son emplacement idéal (3 kms du centre d'Annecy, et au bord du lac) en font un bon "spot" pour explorer les environs. A noter que le bus gratuit est un plus.

Intimité

Il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de rideau en tissu sur la baie vitrée, car nous étions à la vue de toute personne passant dans le chemin amenant à l'immeuble. Donc il fallait descendre le rideau métallique pour avoir une certaine intimité surtout le soir avec les lumiÚres allumées.

TrÚs bon séjour passé chez David. Logement parfait pour 2 personnes. La proximité du lac est idéale, les randonnées possibles sont nombreuses. Nous avons apprécié les repas sur la terrasse avec la vue sur le lac.

TrĂšs beau studio

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce studio. La vue sur le lac est trÚs belle et l'accÚs direct à la piste cyclable est un gros plus pour partir en ballade.
