This chalet (30 m2) is sober and country, 1 hour from Toulouse .... It is close to ST Cirq Lapopie, Caussade, Lalbenque, Caylus, St Antonin noble val, etc. The region (Lot and Tarn and Garonne) is very pretty with many villages in stone ... This accommodation is perfect for couples , solo travelers and four-legged companions. It consists of a kitchenette, living / dining room with TV, shower and sink / wc, bedroom, mezzanine with double bed, 2 outdoor terraces, parking ... Connections with phone, tablet pass very well ..
Deposit depending on the stay, 50 th for WE, 100 th for the week ..
3 ha of greenery, oak and large field, very shaded, park fenced in the wood with goat, ewe and donkey..Accessible by road then path, and parking, 500 m from the village.
Very relaxing place, love nature ..
Truffle festival on the 26th and 27th of january at l'albenque, 8 km from the chalet. ..

Étonnant ce commentaire...le chalet est fonctionnel et peu encombré..juste des décors aux murs....sombre ??? 6 fenêtres et 2 porte fenêtres pour 30 m2....première fois que l on me dit cela...
. il est vrai qu il est entouré d arbres..... et effectivement il y avait quelques insectes je leur ai donné rapidement une bombe...et le temps était plutôt froid pourtant chalet chauffé...encore des locataires qui se sont plaint de tout ...de la société etc...donc pas étonnée du commentaire..il faut comprendre la nature avec la faune la flore et les insectes.....etc...

Extérieur le chalet et parfait.
L'intérieur est très salé et peu fonctionnel,on a l' impression que c'est un débarras.de plus on m'a demandé de nourrir les animaux pendant sont absence pendant cinq jours un âne deux moutons un chat et un faon ont payé une location et de plus ont travail quel belle escroquerie cela n'est pas acceptable a l' avenir je ne l'aurais plus avec booking

Quel commentaire mensonger...heureusement le seul de la saison..car j ai eu des gens..couples ou seul adorables et enchantés du lieu.. mais je me suis doutée que j aurai des soucis...car dès leur arrivée un peu tardive et ensuite après la visite du chalet la femme (citadine je pense et de la banlieue parisienne) m a fait la morale comme quoi je devrais pas vivre dans cet endroit en pleine nature et dans les bois.... etc etc...cela m a un peu perturbé car j adore la campagne...concernant le peu d animaux sur place et très gentils je leur ai demandé de donner une poignée de foin...chose que beaucoup d invités aiment faire par plaisir ..et le foin est à côté du chalet..aucune fatigue..et le vendredi quand ils sont partis j avais un mauvais pressentiment aussi je suis allée en fin d apres midi voir l intérieur de mon chalet avec mon téléphone . Et quel dégoût.. un gros bazar et surtout la nappe de la table remplie de miettes..lit en bataille.. etc j ai donc pris des photos car j ai senti le souci avec de tels locataires....photos disponibles et datées pour abritel..aucun respect de l habitat qui était au départ propre..locataires à éviter...mon chalet est fonctionnel..champêtre et tranquille certes ce n est pas un château..

Un très joli chalet dans un bel environnement, nous étions 2 et c'était très bien. Sous le soleil, ce doit être idyllique... Dommage, nous avons eu la pluie et le vent, un vrai temps de Toussaint. Il faudra revenir aux beaux jours
