About this property

Two Bedroom - 2 Bath Condo Steps from the Ocean in the perfect Beach Location

This is our furnished 2 bed/2 bath condo that we are renting. It is in a luxury residence building on the perfect beach in Panama. Coronado until Santa Clara is the beach destination local Panama City residences flock to on weekends and holidays. We picked this building because it was one of the few that were steps away from the a 10 minute walk or drive just to hit sand. You will have the most spectacular unobstructed views from our place. The building has many great amenities but you may never want to leave the pool or beach.
Location is about 1.5 hours from Panama City, 20 minutes from Coronado and 30 minutes from El Valle.

We are not quite ready to retire and visit Panama often to see family and friends. We bought this place for our future home. We would rather someone else enjoy this awesome rather it sit empty while we are not there. We do rent it out but don't consider it a "Rental" We want to find the right person our couple that treats it like their home.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because of its location. After looking at many places, this one was one of the very few right on the ocean. Most places barely had a view and it was some distance to get to the water. Many owners live in Panama City and only use their place on weekends and holidays. It is so peaceful during the week. You really can own the giant pool and have the beach to yourself.
