Ivory Room comes with a Queen Size bed and a private bathroom recently remodeled.

Our hotel is located 3 minutes from Lauderdale By The Sea center. We have different kind of rooms, we are in a quiet area but very close to everything ! Beach is in front of us. You will enjoy the area and activities, beach, fishing, diving, you can also rent a car or bicycles.
We provide linens, beach towels and chairs towels. Our Hotel has a patio and a BBQ if you want to relax and have dinner outside. You will love the place !

Convenient location!

This room was a great location with a very short walk to all the restaurants and shops as well as the beach. Very well kept clean room. Perfect staycation for my partner and I. Would definitely return again for the price and convenience!

Great location

Although the room was small it was clean and had everything we needed for or brief stay. Quick walk to the beach and the restaurants. No car needed!

One week reservation. We believed we booked a room with a kitchen. The proprietor showed me the VRBO reservation wherein we hadn’t. We met our neighbors in the room next door, who informed us of the same issue. The fan above the bed was filthy. We found pretzels loose under the bed. I texted Marjorie requesting a mop or something I can clean the floor with. No response, but soon after we texted because the television was not working. We received a call from her husband. He stayed on the phone..lIt was disconnected and we’re instructed how to have it up and running again. Finally, we stayed at this property because we had a wedding to attend. My husband left his suit in the closet neatly packaged in a suit bag. I received a text from Marjorie informing me of this. We were already hours into our drive home. She asked me to come back! I asked if she could please hold it until May 2 when we will return to Florida. Her response was she would hang it in the laundry room. Unacceptable. Just nothing expected. We knew there was no housekeeping, but we’re left with bare necessities, and would not recommend.
