Temporary membership fees are mandatory and are assessed to all rental parties.
Homeowners are responsible for informing their renters of these fees and ensuring they are paid prior to arrival.
Seasonal summer fee, "Temporary Membership fee" Memorial Day to Labor Day $8.50 per person (age 6 & up) per day.
Off season, Labor Day to Memorial Day $2.00 per day (ages 6 and up)
Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
Transaction Fee: $20
All rentals must be registered and paid for within 72 hours of arrival or pay late fee of $100! No Same day of arrival registration!
