Located in the center of Finistère in the countryside near Huelgoat, the cottage will allow you to enjoy an exceptional environment.

Quaint property, friendly helpful host.

Very quaint property. Ideally situated for us as we were attending a family wedding and the venue was only 20 mins. away. Host very friendly and welcomed us when we arrived and ensured we had the Wi Fi code which was very helpful. We had a comfortable stay, although the cooking facilities were rather basic and we bought a set of cutlery as what was there was a bit random. Apart from that, we had a great time and LOVED the kitchen table/bar. An idea we might use at home!

Calm and tranquil rural retreat

The property was exactly as described, and the photos give a very accurate picture of this small rural gite. We loved staying in this tiny hamlet, and it's well placed for exploring the forests and walks in the central region. The nearby town of Huelgoat is charming and the Tourist Information office there is helpful and informative. There are supermarkets there, and several bars in the square and by the lake. There's also a convenience store in Poullaouen behind the school for emergencies. The host Cyrille is friendly and cheerful, and other neighbours are also charming - including a goat from the nearby farm who came to welcome us on Day 1! If you enjoy a quiet country space, this is a wonderful place.

Expérience mitigée. En dépit d'une belle localisation géographique, l'agencement du logement n'offre pas l'intimité ni le confort escomptés. Manque d'assises confortables et de lumière. Difficile de faire la différence entre le réel aspect rustique et le manque de sécurité de l'escalier. Il en va de même pour le plancher des chambres, instable. Présence d'une poutre de soutien fendue. Plus largement la sécurité électrique du logement laisse à désirer (poêle à granulés branché sur une multiprise !)Côté accueil, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de constater l'absence de connexion internet sur toute la durée du séjour, et ce, sans qu'une solution ne nous soit proposée. Il n'est fait mention nulle part sur l'annonce de la réservation que les granulés du poêle sont à la charge du locataire. Aucun inventaire, ni aucune consigne quand a l' intendance du logement ne sont fournis. Nous avons donc pris l'initiative de faire au mieux pour rendre la location aussi propre que possible lors de notre départ. Nous avons eu le regret de recevoir plusieurs SMS peu professionnel sur le ménage (pas de seau, serpillière, chiffon...)Dans l'ensemble, et ce malgré un véritable potentiel, cette annonce manque d'un réel professionalisme.

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 3 Erwachsenen und 1 großer Hund in diesem älteren aber praktisch eingerichtetem Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden um zu kochen und Spaß zu haben. Für kleinere Kinder gibt es auch Schaukeln. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Tal der Heiligen ist ein Muss. Am Meer ist man auch sehr schnell. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub genossen und uns gut erholt.Merci Cyrille Nous avons passé deux semaines avec trois adultes et un gros chien dans cette maison ancienne mais fonctionnelle. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et s'amuser est là. Il y a aussi des balançoires pour les plus jeunes. Le propriétaire est super sympa et serviable. La Vallée des Saints est un incontournable. La mer est également toute proche. En résumé, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances et nous nous sommes bien reposés.Merci Cyrille

Citadins à l'année, nous recherchions du calme et nous l'avons trouvé ! Nous voulions découvrir le cœur de Bretagne et pour cela le logement est idéalement placé. L'hôte est réactif. Das Häuschen ist speziell, aber sehr ordentlich. Für zwei Paare sehr gut.Die Küche ist etwas einfach eingerichtet und der Esstisch ist eher ein langer Tresen aus einem sehr schönen Holzbrett und gut lackiert. Waschmaschine funktioniert, heißes Wasser ist immer vorhanden. Die Badewanne ist super. Der Pelletofen (es war für Juni noch kalt) funktioniert nach Einweisung ohne Probleme.

Un excellent séjour au calme

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans notre petite maison avec tout le confort à l'intérieur et l'accès extérieur idéal pour nos deux chiens. Le gîte est très bien situé pour des visites variées : forêt, campagne, mer, villes. Le propriétaire est très accueillant sans être intrusif. En résumé, un séjour apprécié tant par les humains que par les animaux.
