Spectacular OCEAN VIEWS - Fabulous Kingston South Hampton 3rd fl unit

Spectacular South Hampton unit newly furnished & updated. Located on the beach in Kingston Plantation. Enjoy elevator access and incredible views from one of the 3 balconies. The unit has fresh paint, new furnishings and an updated kitchen with new granite counter tops. Easy walk to the third floor if the elevator is not your style.

The South Hampton is an ocean front high rise. This unit is just one back from direct ocean front and faces north so you are able to enjoy views all the way down the beach! With three large, well-appointed balconies you have plenty of space to sit and enjoy the views, your lunch or drinks.

The master bedroom/family suite offers a king size bed and full size sleeper sofa. This allows flexibility for a family with small children. The en-suite bathroom has a large dressing area, dual sinks and separate shower and toilet. At the other end of the unit you’ll find a large bedroom with two balconies and two queen sized beds. The large bathroom is just across the hallway. You will find a complete floor plan layout in our photo’s. The up to date kitchen has everything you need to grab a sandwich or stay in for dinner. For entertainment you’ll find free Wi-Fi throughout and three flat screen tv’s.

The beach is very accessible from the boardwalk using either a ramp or stairs. The boardwalk stretches for over ½ mile throughout Kingston Plantation. The South Hampton is also attached to the Embassy Suites via a short bridged walkway where you will find Starbucks, dining, a gift shop and more. The Hilton Hotel is just a short stroll on the boardwalk and it too features Starbucks, gift shop and dining options. Two pools are located steps from the unit with one on either side of the building.

Though this is a new listing we have been owners at Arrowhead for over 10 years and maintain 5 star reviews through VRBO.

We love staying here with our family of four. It's very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable and the beach is just a short walk away. Tom is an excellent host. We can't wait to stay again!

Home away from home!!

To say this condo was beautiful would be an understatement!! Everything about it was great. Our family had a wonderful week in Tom’s South Hampton condo. Kingston Plantation is a quiet, family friendly resort where we felt very relaxed and at home. We have found our new “home away from home!”

The condo itself is absolutely beautiful! It’s spacious with separate balconies which give you the feeling of more privacy if needed. Host is more than accommodating with things that might need “borrowed” until getting to store ect. He is also quick to respond to messages. Great location, pools always clean and not too overcrowded. Busy time of day might be a little full but still not terrible. We didn’t even try the south end pool just because we enjoyed north side pool. The location of condo to elevator and beach/pools is perfect. Very nice blinds in bedrooms that provided privacy or blackout option which was great! Very clean! We had a great week! Thanks Tom!

Place was awesome!

Host communication was great! This place is worth every penny. Right on the beach. Gated community. Condo has everything you need. Full kitchen with cooking hardware. Real homey place. If I ever come back to Myrtle Beach I will be staying here. Shopping and dinning nearby. 2 pools. Kids had a blast. I'm not upselling this place at all. Was just that nice. 3 balconies to relax on while eating and watching the ocean front. Thanks again!

summer 2023 family vacation

What an amazing property! The location is perfectly centralized to all of Myrtle Beach activities. No more than 10-15 minute drive off-site. The condo was exactly as you see it. Super clean! Beds are most comfortable we have ever slept in. Private Kingston grounds make it very safe and beach/pool access is not crowded. Everything you need is here in this vacation property. I highly recommend it. If I could give it 10 stars..I would! We will be back again when we return to Myrtle Beach. Owner was very helpful and quick responding to our questions. Thanks again Tom!

Family vacation

First time we decided to go for 2 weeks and after day 5, we had our granddaughter get COVID. Stayed in room for our next 5 days and then grandson got COVID. Took granddaughter to beach for a little time, and 5 minutes in water got stung by jellyfish. At this point we decided to leave and go home. Weather was perfect the time we were there. Place is beautiful and owner is great to work with. Stayed in same unit last year. Hope to stay next year.
